EDITOR'S NOTE: my first encounter with Mark E. Rumley was in early 2003 regarding Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. Fast forward 13 years and Rumley is threatening me on a continual basis.
In thirteen years, with so many failures notched on his belt, Rumley should resign. But the money is too good, the power is like an aphrodisiac and these arrogant, self-centered, self-serving people would rather defame the messenger, call us "delusional" (us being plural; heck, if we're going to be called delusional perhaps we are schizophrenic as well?) - and no city work gets done. Jeanine is on yet another vacation, the solicitor is futzing around with a blogger(???) instead of doing his job, and the TV3 phony cronies are spitting and laughing at Rumley again, as they did so poorly in the ugly Chumley Report.
So why didn't Rumley sue TV3 for "criminal harassment" and "libel" with the Chumley Report and, instead, threatens the citizen solely responsible for shutting down TV3.
Yes, it took a team, but that team would not have moved forward on the TV3 shut down without my direction and guidance, and anyone who thinks otherwise is (say it in unison now) "DELUSIONAL!"

HAD RUMLEY, SIX YEARS EARLIER, KEPT TO HIS PROMISE OF AN ELECTION, HE WOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO COME UP WITH THE FINANCIAL DATA AND MEETING MINUTES IN 2014...THAT HE STILL CAN'T SEEM TO FIND.

It was one thing for the mayor to appoint Phyllis Buccio-Notaro to the board of directors of a 501c3 - and she suffered vandalism to her car (as I have) and other ugly slander and libel from a certain Friday night filth fest, but for a city lawyer to be involved in the Judge Jackson-Thompson hearings when he was on the board of that 501c3 being investigated...it just doesn't look good nor does it feel right.

The City Solicitor of Medford personally told me that he and the judge were "faxing" the report "back and forth."
The judge, Marie O. Jackson-Thompson (retired) said in her press conference that she wouldn't be a "rubber stamp for the Rumley report."
Duh!
You been HAD, Judge Jackson-Thompson, Judas Iscariot's pieces of silver were nothing compared to how you were had, Judge!
SO RUMLEY WAS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 501c3 that HE WAS INVESTIGATING.

a judge was hired for $3900.00, prostituting herself out to these thugs in city hall who have allowed this gay male to be threatened, assaulted, defamed, censored... and now we see the wolf in sheep's clothing throwing off his sheep's clothing in arrogance and a disgraceful lack of self discipline and decorum.
Just watch Mr. Rumley in action on Tuesday night at the City Council, so obstinate that Councilor Michael Marks had to shut the nonsense down.

how could Rumley not RECUSE HIMSELF from the Judge Jackson-Thompson report since he was already biased having written his own report?
The first report was requested of me BY MAYOR MCGLYNN who later backtracked and said he never asked for a report, even though our meeting was published in the Boston Globe.
Right. I was just having tea with the mayor.
That's what TV3 wanted you to believe.
But if a man is exposing TV3 and meets with the mayor chances are they weren't having tea.
McGlynn, Richard Lee and Joe Viglione were discussing Medford Community Cable-fisssion.... not having tea and crumpets, lemonade and coffee cake.
Mayor McGlynn asked me for a report on TV3 and I delivered 27 pages to him.
It set the tone for the Rumley Report which followed, and if you read my report and Rumley's report you can see the parallels.
So why would Rumley go anywhere NEAR the Judge Jackson-Thompson report if he didn't want the public perception to be that Rumley, a former board member of a 501c3, was actively involved in the investigation.
What if, and I'm not saying anything did happen, but what if there's a question about Rumley's integrity as a board member of that suspicious 501c3?
Why would you want any member of that board of directors touching the investigation.
Two years later, Mr. Rumley wants to "kill the messenger" as the metaphor goes, he doesn't want to do his job and deliver the information on TV3.
Why?
Does it make him responsible in some way?
When a City Solicitor is two years tardy in his report, and screwed us on the election that never happened, even though a witness came forward and Rumley was alerted that there would be no election on January 19, 2008...Rumley was alerted and ignored it.
He has to call this blog delusional...because Rumley failed to listen to this blog which was SPOT ON, 100 percent correct...no election, citizens screwed again, and two years after Rumley promised financial data and meeting minutes, two whole years later, he extends his claws at Joe Viglione, the messenger.
Mr. Free Speech Mark E. Rumley is nothing of the sort.
He is the architect of censorship in Medford.
