You know what happened when Paul Donato's free speech was violated?
Paul got angry, very angry at Arthur Alan Deluca, charlatan board member who the unholy trio allegedly threw out in the hallway so that they could pass their phony votes down there at 5 High Street.
And where was Mark E. Rumley, former board member, to stop what retired judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson concluded was possible "malfeasance," the judge's word when she condemned them as a private "MCC Access."
Is there an echo in here? Joe Fortunato made that conclusion about a decade before Mayor McGlynn wasted $3900.00 culled from Judas Iscariot's pieces of silver.
Such a betrayal.
Enter the incoherent Richard F. Caraviello, the very model of a bad citizen getting involved in ugly local politics.

After losing in criminal court 1/31/17, just four months later Caraviello and his gang were stalking the reporter Caraviello is obsessed with.
While doing my laundry across the street that same week Caraviello came by and blasted his horn in his limo service car, blasted it at me.
He could only know I was at the laundromat by stalking me.
Then, driving down Central Ave, near a restaurant I liked to frequent, Caraviello yelled in my car window as I was at the red light.
That's three instances.
Caraviello is a stalker, he's angry, mean and his lies didn't hold up in criminal court.
Caraviello needs to be impeached, the police need to read him his rights due to the lies he gave to a defective detective, and Caraviello needs to be tried in criminal court and imprisoned for a long, long time.
Because a city councilor needs to be held to the highest of standards. The low-level reprobate, Richard F. Caraviello, damages Medford.
Based on information and belief, Rick Caraviello is a very sick, allegedly deranged, human being.
Stalking the individual he dragged into court on false charges is BEYOND "OBSESSESION."*
*"Obsessesion" is how mumbling, mealy-mouthed Caraviello would most likely pronounce "obsession." Talk much, Rick?
This photo was taken in May of 2017, about 3 1/2 months after bozo Caraviello lost in court with his tongue-tied mumbling lies.
He and his congregation including Mark Tonello were outside my home, just like a stalker was two years earlier, and the inept and bungling TV3 station manager, the 5 year old Alfred E Newman clone driving by home honking his horn two years before that.
Notice how son of a bitch Caraviello is jaywalking ...on the lam...after their annoyance caught my attention...and the camera!'s eye!

Caraviello lied to the police to file false charges
Caraviello allegedly was at Demet's Donuts bragging that he was going to send an innocent reporter away for years. After Caraviello was theoretically castrated by the judge, the stumbling, mumbling buffoon was seen near my residence, following me in his limousine, yelling into my car window on Central Ave.
There was more stalking activity by the overweight, mentally-challenged limo driver who allegedly had a highly suspicious person working for the limousine service.

In a court of law Caraviello was asked if he had ever "moonlighted" on the city council. He replied in the negative, however! - If you look at the video of the vote on "pay to park" you see Caraviello LEAVING Alden Chambers the very night he told me, this journalist, that he had to pick up a client.
Was it perjury? Caraviello LEFT Alden Chambers to not take the vote. He wasn't doing his job at the city council, so even if he was in the limo talking to himself or playing with himself or whatever it is a slug like Caraviello does, he was with RC Limos and not with the City Council.
Caraviello left Alden Chambers so he was on RC Limo time, even if he lied about picking up a client, he was not doing the work the citizens of Medford deserve for all the money Richard F. Caraviello is paid.
Marian Ryan needs to investigate Caraviello while the statute of limitations is very much alive.
