RUMLEYGATE: Medford citizens cannot get a straight answer out of the city lawyer.

RUMLEY'S INCONSISTENT ACTIONS ARE IN CONFLICT.  THAT WILL BE EXPLAINED IN PART II

    Mark Rumley should NEVER have investigated a non-profit that he was on the board of, appointed or not.

    Mark Rumley threw the hot potato to the office of the Attorney General's charity division.  Rumley spit in the face of every cable TV subscriber that wants to know how their millions and millions of dollars have been spent.

   Mark Rumley was beet red trying to get the police to remove this writer from Medford City Hall when Officer John Ghilain was in agreement with me.  Rumley was again attempting to RAPE me OF MY RIGHTS TO FREEDOM OF THE PRESS (TO HELP YOU, DEAR READER,) AND MY RIGHT TO HELP THE COMMUNITY -  limiting speech, when that son of a bitch city lawyer lied to the public that the city doesn't limit speech.  Yes, Medford DOES limit speech, and Rumley is the lawyer with the unclean hands that limits your speech and allows you to get raped vis-a-vis having to pay a cable franchise fee and NOT have your sons and daughters learn computer skills because there are so many roadblocks to doing so.

     REMEMBER, RICHARD F. CARAVIELLO LOST IN CRIMINAL COURT.  IT WAS ALL A SET-UP, MALICIOUS ABUSE OF PROCESS IN THE SAME WAY THAT MCC TV3 VIOLATED THE ANTI-SLAPP STATUTE, BOTH FRANK PILLERI AND MCC GOT EGG ON THEIR FACE VIOLATING THE ANTI-SLAPP STATUTE OF THE COMMONWEALTH, AS JUDGE SINGH GRANTED THE EDITOR OF THIS ONLINE MAGAZINE THE VICTORY, JUDGE LAMOTHE UPHOLDING THE VICTORY WHEN CREEPY TV 3 ATTEMPTED TO APPEAL YET ANOTHER LOSS IN A COURT OF LAW.

    RUMLEY CONGRATULATED ME AT THE PAUL DONATO BREAKFAST FOR BEATING HIS 501C3 IN A COURT OF LAW.

    YES, RUMLEY'S 501C3, BECAUSE HE'S THE CITY LAWYER THAT WAS ON THE BOARD AND THAT WAS THE GO-TO GUY FOR THE DOZENS OF COMPLAINANTS THAT WANTED THEIR KIDS TO LEARN COMPUTERS (THE MASE FAMILY,) THE FAMILY OF DR. WILLIAM WOOD, SO MANY FAMILIES RIPPED OFF BY A CITY LAWYER PAID SO HANDSOMELY BY THE TAXPAYERS.

    IT IS SICK.  IT IS A DISEASE, AND RUMLEY IS THE ROOT OF IT, NOT THE SYMPTOM.


RUMLEYGATE: TV3 BACK AT MEDFORD COMMUNITY MEDIA

    Like the indignity of having elder basher Arthur Deluca, mean and nasty Steve Bertorelli, and suspicious Lenny Scoletta from the old TV 3 back to the station that should never have the TV3 loyalists infecting free speech and independent thought.

      The case against Mark E. Rumley is SERIOUS in the opinion of this writer.

    Based on information and belief, and Rumley's own words to the press, there's something telling...and abusive...when a city lawyer sat as a board member of a suspicious non-profit that never, ever, EVER showed the public where public monies were spent.

    Medford's public access has been a disaster, an embarrassment to the city, and was structured in a way that pleased the unfit "issuing authority," Michael J. McGlynn, an individual who loathes transparency and is one of the slickest, slippery and devious politicians in the Commonwealth.

     We know exactly where Stephanie Muccini Burke gets her marching order and if you believe in a reporter's instinct - something rubbed me the wrong way with Mr. Rumley's slick talk in early 2003 when I first met him after complaining about Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

     The original complaint, with Diane McLeod attending, she being the alleged "diversity director" or "human rights commissioner" or whatever phony title she had.

    Diane would say to me that she was an "informational" service (so are we!!!!!!) and that one had to go to the MCAD with an issue or whatever other agency because Medford didn't have the staff or something, blah blah blah.

RUMLEYGATE:

     "They treat me like a fucking immigrant" Von Rommel Fernandes told me when he knew I was filing a report.  A few years later Jackass of the Decade, Paul Camuso, went up to the council with his usual lies and said "I spoke to Von Rommel and he never said that."  Like the anti-public access Camuso is about to do his job and PROTECT free speech.  No, Paul Camuso chose to come out of the closet that he was an "alcoholic" to disrupt the flow of parents grieving over losing their kids to opioid abuse.
Nothing like an egotistical blowhard to put himself front and center instead of serving the public.

    But you know what?  At least Paul Camuso has an excuse for his perpetual lies.  Golly gee, he's an alcoholic!

    It was that type of dishonest which aided and abetted Mr. Camuso's sleazy friends at the broken access station.

    And lurking in the background all the time, the city solicitor, to ensure that no comments about the way they conduct themselves in Medford could ever reach the eyes and ears of the public.

RUMLEYGATE:

    Until my public records requests helped to shed a little light on what Judge Jackson-Thompson questioned was possible "malfeasance."

    But after giving the old judge about 3900.00 of Judas Iscariot's 30 pieces of silver by today's standard (theoretically speaking, of course) and the money paid out to the failed Melanson Heath & Co alleged "audit" when a company other than the one city hall used should have been employed.

    But it was all a dog and pony show.

     Mr. Rumley told me that he and the judge were "faxing back and forth."  

     Would you tell us the reason why, Mr. Rumley, you had to "fax back and forth."
We aren't talking about a fourth grader writing a report.  We are talking about a retired JUDGE!

    What's Rumley?  A conflicted law clerk, or a conflicted city lawyer?  Michael Marks was on the money when he questioned which hat Rumley was wearing on what day.


RUMLEYGATE:

    So the citizens get screwed by Rumley the Joker, he doesn't give a damn about you or me or anyone but himself, and we have a long history of his actions (or lack thereof) to prove it.
