Rumley's Oath demands that he uphold the U.S. Constitution
If Rumley held himself to the highest of standards he would release the information prior to the election.
The lowlife city attorney has no interest in serving the people who pay him so well.
In the October 24, 2019 Determination by (public records) office - Page 3 - is this key quote:
"Nevertheless, there is a strong public interest in monitoring public expenditures and public employees have a diminished expectation of privacy with respect to public employment matters."
The Determination goes on to state:
"Further, the public has an interest in knowing whether public employees are "carrying out their duties in an efficient and law-abiding manner."
