If you didn't have Chief Jack Buckley as a boss calling people who committed "compensation fraud" and "police misconduct" you would be arraigned immediately. Just ask Paul Covino and Detective Paul Mackowski how they abuse the process and press false charges on the victim of a brutal couple of assaults at Medford City Hall. They should be fired, investigated, arraigned and found guilty in a court of law for failing to abide by their oath of office.
