Threat at Medford High School: Students Might Pick Up Bad Writing Habits from Alex Newman at the Medford Patch

 

The only real threat at Medford High is if the students read the work of the editor of the Medford Patch Their grades will suffer.

MEDFORD, MA — Police are investigating a threat of violence made against Medford High School.

The threat was brought to the attention of authorities Wednesday night, and police "immediately" identified and questioned the student involved, according to a letter sent to the high school community.

"There is no known active credible threat to the school or the community at this time," Medford police wrote in an email to Patch. "We are very happy with the relationship and open communication we have with the School Department, and we were able to resolve this incident quickly last night once brought to our attention."
