What policy area do you think the City has done best at tackling over the last 3.5 years?

 Nothing.  Breanna needed to replace rogue cops, she didn't She swept it under the rug and ignored her supporters to the point where she has so many enemies she needs her school parents to get her elected, and she has no opponent with credibility.
