An attorney who had been appearing in a court house for decades made a death threat on a plaintiff / witness.
A bailiff in another court house said "Somerville District Court...IT'S THE WORST."
So while your life could be on the line if they falsely accuse you of murder or robbing a Brinks truck and while you are telling the truth, you have a professional liar in William G. Farrell,
First Assistant Clerk Magistrate of Somerville District Court who had heard a screaming maniac say:
"You'd better get a body guard"
"I'm going to beat the sxxt out of you"
"I'm going to do it the Dorchester way"
"My three sons are going to strangle him."
"I'm going to kill him."
and on another occasion DIRECTLY after Farrell absolutely lied (you could see it all over his fraudulent face) and said that he DIDN'T hear "You'd better get a bodyguard," Farrell, who separated the psychotic attorney from the victim, who did something you don't ordinarily do because of the threat, then lies under oath.
How did the fulminating lunatic attorney show his appreciation for the perjury?
The attorney turned to the new clerk, Brian Sullivan, and said twice "But wouldn't you want to kill him?"

Burke's reputation on the street goes beyond his alleged violation of the canon of ethics.
But, you see, the person in charge of admonishing Burke is his boss, Michael "Pontius Pilate" Sullivan, who uses his servant, Matthew Day, like a modern-day Judas Iscariot.
Matthew Day is a rat for not doing his job and suspending or firing Brian S. Burke.
But why would they fire the husband of a candidate Michael Sullivan allegedly has financially supported with a campaign contribution (or possibly more than just "a" campaign contribution.) Also look at anyone in the Medford police department who may have doomed the idea of a new police station by supporting a quack-a-doodle-doo like Stephanie Muccini- Burke, as illegitimate a mayor as you will find.

Matthew Day decides, ho hum, an Assistant Clerk of Superior Court who is supposed to be held to the highest of standards, can go around verbally assaulting seniors and women yelling "Futhermucker" (reverse it) at the Great Debate, October 15, 2015, where his wife, Stephanie Muccini-Burke, got trounced by her opponent like a red-headed illegitimate stepchild.
The bastard mayor of Medford with a broken computer chip (RIGHT! Like the thought of Sheriff Jimmy DiPaola and Sheriff Teddy Dillon and James O'Brien of the Billerica House of Correction all committing suicide! Right, a computer chip purportedly breaks and - voila - the unpopular (except to the charade of union members who don't even live here all supporting her during the candidacy) - a computer chip allegedly breaks during the election on November 3, 2015, and the "winner" is the bogus candidate called a "charlatan" on WRKO.
Stephanie Muccini Burke is truly illegitimate and we believe that we can prove it! Stephanie allegedly leads the "lush life," allegedly, as in, she comes home only to find some alleged lush with his foul mouth and vicious temper.
