In his Gettysburg Address President Lincoln urged that “government of the people, by the people, for the people” not perish from the earth. His wisdom is timeless and speaks to us today.

The First Amendment (Amendment I) to
the United States Constitution prohibits the making of any law
respecting an establishment of religion, impeding the free exercise of
religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of
the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or

Let's repeat these key points:
abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances. It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.
On
Tuesday evening, May 10, 2016, Adam Knight and Fred Dello Russo Jr.
violated the rights of three citizens right in a row while discussing
such a subversive talking as parking on the sidewalk in South Medford.
That Adam Knight should be indicted and answering questions to the authorites for abusing his supposed "authority" at the council; it is not even arguable, his sucking up to the unions looking for a hand-out on company time is not in the best interest of Medford, not in the best interests of its citizenry. Adam Knight associates with a known thug from Medford Community Cablevision, inc, Matthew Page Lieberman, who assaulted a man on or about April 27, 2010, front page news in the highly conflicted Medford Transcript where the editor writes what city hall tells her to write, not truthful, honest reporting - such as that pitiful story on Collector/Treasurer Ann Irwin where Coakley refused to disclose that Irwin is married to attorney Brian Callahan, Muccini-Burke's campaign manager. A public records request is pending to see if Ms. Irwin learned on the job...and if city hall (we the people) paid for Ms. Irwin's education.
With
Paul Camuso's wife garnering a high-paying job, and allegedly a
girlfriend of Muccini-Burke's son, it is amazing how reporters are
either too afraid or too conflicted to write and publish the truth.
Look at this nonsense
In his Gettysburg Address President Lincoln urged that “government of the people, by the people, for the people” not perish from the earth. His wisdom is timeless and speaks to us today.

Then look at this stupidity from Reprobate Knight - supporting the janitors at Tufts.
This is a University that was founded on the principles of social justice- I think it’s time for the Administration to take a look in the mirror and ask the question, “What would our founding fathers do?”

Well, the Founding Fathers wouldn't have torched a car on Tufts property!
City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:
“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

… It was a confidential source where that information came in. … The police were advised to that.”
Jeka said a threatening note found on the door of the student health center made reference to janitors working on campus.
“The
note did make some references to janitors on campus,” Jeka said. “Law
enforcement is investigating to see if it is members of student groups
or any outside organization. … It is not clear if that is the cause.”
Then
there's a city lawyer talking to a retired judge about the First
Amendment, the same city lawyer who tried to shut me up from speaking at
the Medford Housing Authority board meeting (which resulted in the
removal of Bob Covelle and Mayor McGlynn's Uncle Gene McGillicuddy) as
well as yelling about a Class Action suit that I had proposed to the
citizens at the city council. Solicitor Rumley was FURIOUS at me and
exploded on camera violating my First Amendment rights.
