Dr Rabies has graduated from harassing seniors to
bothering a disabled person

Arthur Alan Deluca of TV3 Medford failed to give financial records and meeting minutes.  He asked a former member of TV3, a disabled person, last night on May 18 if he was in serious trouble with the division of public charities.

 Arthur, you mean spirited elder abuser, if you gotta ask...

If you read the whacked-out letter from the nutcase in the Medford Transcript last week you will see a defensive individual who - again - refused to hand over meeting minutes and financial records, just as his colleague, City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley,l who is now "investigating" the very board that Rumley sat on with Deluca, has also refused to hand over meeting minutes on a board that he was on.

 The conflict is so obvious.

Judge Timothy Gailey to TV3's attorney, something Deluca never ever mentions when he spins away from reality and lies to the public.

Imagine living under the same roof with Deluca?   There are allegations of how abusive Arthur Alan Deluca is to the woman who was kind enough to take him in.  Use of the "f" word and screaming and yelling at an elder person. 

For Nell Escobar Coakley to give so much ink to an elder abuser, notice how the term "alleged elder abuser" is not used, a nasty, vicious elder abuser like Arthur Alan Deluca is just another indicator of how sick this city is.
