Thank you for your business?  How about the bank poster on the right?  Can you read it?   "Looking for a better way to manage debt?  Ask a citizen?  (how about "Ask YOUR citizens!")

Ask your Citizens'  - just moving the apostrophe to after the word  
citizen and create a new sign, just as befuddling.
