Covelle at the Medford Housing Authority thought he would stay on. A
camera and a question to Covelle and Gene McGillicuddy changed all
that. One of the local cub reporters queried "Why are you asking about
family ties?" (paraphrased.) My response, "Just watch."
Not
only do I have to teach the city council about public records requests
and the open meeting law, these young men in the local media do not
respect someone with decades and decades of working the craft.
The
City Solicitor dismissed my writings as "delusional." But is he
published in as many books as this author/essayist/contributor? Is his
work in as many libraries? That's the key question.

place for parents to send their children. From the horrors of lives lost

Will Rhode Island's St. George's Scandal Reflect on Roy E. Belson's failure to perform his duties?

Which brings us to 50-year old embattled head of the R.I. St. George's school Eric Peterson.
Let's stick to the facts:
Victims are calling for the head of the school, Eric Peterson, to resign.
So
what about Roy E. Belson? Why does he get a free pass from the school
committee that is supposed to supervise him, not the other way around,
when complaints about:
1)parents claim Belson and the school did not contact them (in a timely manner) about the sex abuse
2)former teacher Mark Smith refused to talk to the media, yet allegedly he got his pension
3)Belson's utter disrespect for the students and their parents by playing Mickey the Dunce.

conducted into the allegations of sexual misconduct–it was just
announced that Scott Harshburger, a former Attorney General of
Massachusetts, will be the investigator.

Furthermore, the misconduct resulting in the termination of each former
employee was allegedly never reported to any authorities nor were
potential future employers, other schools and educational settings,
warned about the sexual misconduct against minors done at the hands of
the perpetrators that they potentially hired.
How about that Worcester Polytech?

Institute is alleging that a student who was raped during a study
abroad program in Puerto Rico in 2012 is partially ... (responsible for
the assault)
In
Medford there are the facts on Mark Smith and Jenna Tarabelsi. In
Medford there are the rumors of two other teachers ... rumors. One
left on or about June 30, 2015. Roy Belson's idea of transparency is to
throw rocks at those who put a public records request in to see how
much public safety there is at a new "access TV facility" proposed by
the "charlatan mayor" (that's what WRKO called her) and the highly
negligent Roy E. Belson.
Lots

watched, and Gene McGillicuddy was removed from the board of directors
of Medford Housing Authority, even though Mark Rumley, city solicitor,
with no authority at MHA, jumped up and, as usual, attempted to stifle
my free speech.
Mr.
Rumley is obligated to protect our free speech, not the unseemly,
underhanded, unethical actions of individuals at the access station
where Rumley was a board member, the disgraceful actions (or intentional
lack thereof) of the school committee, Roy Belson, Pop Warner (heck, if
Rumley wanted to interfere in MHA business by jumping up and trying to
shut me down - as he's wrongfully done at the city council, why not Pop
Warner too, in an effort to HELP our community?) - so many injustices in
this community by those in positions of authority turning a blind eye
to the ugly things their colleagues are up to (or down to, as may be the
case.)
BACK TO IOVINO, BENCKS and the other dude, all three who have vanished from the media here:
