To: Mr. Osborne, Mr. D'Aveta, Mr. Crowley and Mr. O'Keefe
The
city of Medford will benefit, I believe, if any of the four above named
individuals were recruited to replace Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. and
Adam Knight on the City Council of Medford.
In this correspondence is information that both Dello Russo and Knight have flagrantly violated their
OATH OF OFFICE , "to perform faithfully the duties of their respective offices"
Medford City Council Rules http://www.medfordma.org/city-council-2/city-council-rules/
Knight
and Dello Russo are causing IRREPARABLE HARM to this city via their
failure to perform and their bullying tactics, not to mention
irresponsible conduct during council meetings aimed at censoring both
other councilors and the public paying a council without teeth under
Plan A government.
ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER can help us with the procedure to remove Knight and Dello Russo.
According to Robert's Rules of Order, first published in 1876 (see below) "these rules of operation are used for many deliberative
assemblies."
INTENTIONAL FIRST AMENDMENT VIOLATIONS, WITH MALICE
Mr.
Dello Russo has absolutely engaged in misconduct, caught on videotape,
available for $5.00 per council meeting from the City Clerk. Let's look
at the behavior of Adam Knight and Fred Dello Russo Jr. and discuss how
their objectionable conduct makes removing them from office mandatory,
essential and urgent.
When Adam Knight abuses the council to praise Steve Smith of a local
union, or to back the Verizon strikers, or to back the janitors at
Tufts, he does the citizens of Medford a great disservice. His mind is
already made up and objectivity isn't part of the equation. Knight uses
his elected position in a manner in which it was not intended to be
used.
When
Adam Knight abuses "point of information" the way a bad lawyer
continually "objects" in a court of law, it is dereliction of duty.
It causes Irreparable Harm to the citizens of Medford.
When Adam Knight walks out on a citizen repeatedly, so many times that it becomes clear that he's not earning the raise that he pushed for, an increase he demanded only his third week in office as a rookie councilor.
When
Adam Knight pals around with a violent ex-board member of TV3 (so
offensive that TV3 actually removed him, Matthew Page Lieberman, for
misconduct at the city council prior to the station losing the license
to cablecast access tv. How bad is that?)
So
the one person in the history of Medford to come to the council to
censor and interfere in a citizen's petition (against TV3,) who threw a
punch near the solicitor's office, is the person that Knight embraces,
ostensibly to have access to Page-Lieberman's video archive to run a
smear campaign against Stephanie Muccini-Burke's opponent in election
2015.
This
is not normal behavior, and there are many other rumors of allegedly
unethical behavior swirling around Knight and his activities during the
campaign to get himself elected. Those allegations can be discussed at
another date.

Before we get to Mr. Dello Russo, please read this:
It
was puzzling that the Republican Party didn't work to remove Paul A.
Camuso from the city council when Mr. Camuso assumed the presidency.
Mr. Camuso called the police to try to intimidate residents from
speaking, harangued speakers, was his general obnoxious self. Had
Camuso been removed the council would have been far more productive and
Republican Mark Crowley would have been the next man up.
Now
Neil Osborne, Chris D'Aveta, Mark Crowley and Bill O'Keefe are in line
to benefit this city where the current council is so dysfunctional.
Osborne #, D'Aveta #9, Crowley #10, O'Keefe Jr. #11.
Neil Osborne 4,354
Chris D’Aveta 4,029
Mark Crowley 4,025
William O’Keefe, Jr. 3,840
Michael Ruggiero 3,284
Neal McSweeney 1,640
Leonore Eforo 1,436
REASONS FOR REMOVAL FROM OFFICE
What would be some of the reasons for removing someone from office?
Let's go directly to #4:
#4
abusing the privilege of the office of president -- such as not allowing members to make motions, to debate, pushing through a personal agenda, ignoring the bylaws when it is for his purpose.
#3. harming the good name of the organization (in this case, the city of Medford.)
a)Mr.
Dello Russo falsely declared that this will be "the most" efficient
council. When Dello Russo breaks the rules and shuts the microphone off
on people, that declaration turns out to be a PUBLIC LIE to the PUBLIC
that Dello Russo is supposed to serve.
b)The Transition Team of Mayor Burke's
On
two occasions Dello Russo ruthlessly shut down conversation of the
highly suspicious 28 member "transition team." IN a huge conflict of
interest, Dello Russo and his colleague, Paul Camuso, both on the
council, both voted NOT to allow for free speech.
How
do you not recuse yourself from voting against something, free speech,
when you are the topic of conversation. It was pure fraud that Dello
Russo and Camuso engaged in and it caused irreparable harm to the
citizens they are supposed to serve.
It only benefited the self-serving frauds voting to stop any conversation of a team they were appointed to.
c)Dello
Russo not allowing a discussion to be tabled, erroneously citing a
false rule when it is on tape that Dello Russo employed the rule to
table previously - when it suited him.
This is so ugly, so vile, so despicable, that the one instance is reason enough to remove Dello Russo.

How councilors can be impeached and removed:
1. not attending meetings and not doing the designated work
2. embezzlement of funds or other criminal activities
3. harming the good name of the organization
4. abusing the privilege of the
office of president -- such as not allowing members to make motions, to
debate, pushing through a personal agenda, ignoring the bylaws when it
is for his purpose.
SPECIAL COMMENT
It is this author’s opinion that
when there is a serious problem in an organization the members need to
go to the person first. If an officer is not fulfilling his obligations,
then someone should talk to him about it. Does he need help? Does he
not understand what his work is and how to do it? Try to work with the
person. Then if he continues to neglect his duties it is time to rescind
his election.
First place to go - Robert's Rules Of Order - in 1876 when Henry M.
Robert published his manual on parliamentary Law (Robert's Rules of
Order). Today, these rules of operation are used for many deliberative
assemblies.
It
is time to remove Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr. and Adam Knight before
they do any more serious damage to the citizens of Medford. They have
already caused irreparable harm, their wrongful conduct will only
further benefit themselves at great cost to the citizens of Medford
