Medford singer took stalker to court and obtains restraining order against her; but stalker is ignoring the restraining order after the court saw a bloody meat cleaver over a photo the stalker took of the victim's head. Theft of his privacy.
Court documents prove that she thinks people do not have rights to privacy, the same rights that she demands; she believes she can libel and slander people, but they have no right to "free speech" or her skewed criminal idea of free speech. She said she is the victim's "intellectual superior" and that she would teach him about the First Amendment. The court should order her to prison for a year and let her think about her criminal acts.
It is truly tragic when someone is so jealous of a man's talents that they fixate and go bonkers and create dangerous situations. Truly sad and pathetic that some unbalanced people have such empty lives.
Police said in a news release that the 22-year-old singer had performed with the band Before You Exit at The Plaza Live in Orlando. The concert ended around 10 p.m., and Grimmie was shot as she signed autographs for fans at a merchandise table.

brother immediately tackled the gunman, who then shot and killed himself
during the struggle, police said. The gunman was not identified, and
police have not said why he attacked the singer. An investigation is
ongoing, but police credited the singer's brother with preventing the
gunman from hurting others.
