DELUCA CLAIMED THAT HE WAS NOT PARTY TO ANY MEDIATION, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE POLICE
WHY DID THE POLICE NOT STOP DELUCA?
WE KNOW NOW. CHIEF SACCO STATED ON 10-17-17 'YOU GET THE POLICE SERVICE (THAT) YOU DESERVE" THEN THE POLICE CHIEF CALLED FOR THE VICTIM TO SUE HIM.
