Leo "Pinocchio" Sacco gets Transcript-Slapped Twice in One Week
Medford Police Department deflects claims of mishandled public records
Updated Oct 19 at 3:57 PMThis particular complaint has been referred to Police Chief Leo Sacco, along with other records requests that have not been completed, according to Riley. Sacco could not immediately be reached for comment. (Sacco is a coward when it comes to questions he does not want to answer!)

Medford Police officer pays penalty for breaking Conflict of Interest law
Police Chief Leo Sacco expressed support for MacGilvray at a recent City Council meeting on Sept. 11, saying that he encourages officers to “interact with the public.” Sacco believes it was unfair for MacGilvray to have been disciplined by both the Medford Police Department and the state Ethics Commission.
“If they did something wrong, they paid a price for it,” Sacco said. “If i thought for one second that this matter would have had ended up at the Ethics Commission, they would not have been disciplined locally. Because it’s just not right to be tried twice for the same offense.”
