Why is there no objective, fair, clean OUTSIDE AUDIT of Medford High School and Medford City Hall?

Question #1 - is Melanson Heath still the company that audits the books in Medford? Why?

Crop rotation is good.

When Mark E. Rumley, the city solicitor, was appointed to the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

and the very board that Rumley sat on refused to give the accurate accounting to Melanson Heath, citizens

became concerned.

How could a city solicitor getting so much money allow his own board of directors to be dishonest with 

citizen paid auditors?   Rumley has to be blamed for this, not Frank Pilleri or Ron DeLucia, two of the key

individuals pulling the wool over the eyes of the cable TV subscribers/ratepayers.  Rumley was appointed by

Mayor McGlynn and Rumley was totally deficient.  Rather than hang his head in shame, Rumley becomes as defiant

as he is dishonest with the citizens, and Rumley is very, very dishonest.

2)Auditing City Hall and the High School

Now do some simple math.   Former Detective J.J. McLean phoned me from the police station asking me about the rumors of missing monies at the high school.   J.J., paid approximately $119,000 or so at the time, would take my information and do NOTHING with it.  So I was rather coy with the "intrepid detective," intrepid - as in heroic in protecting city hall, not the citizens, in my opinion.   "You have 119,000 reasons, J.J., not to do the right thing" (paraphrasing myself on the phone)   The police hardly went after TV3, the police by turning a blind eye, ostensibly on behalf of Mayor McGlynn, allowed violence to continue, members or ex members of the station harassed and ridiculed, leaving it up to me to volunteer to do the right thing and clean the damn mess up.

So do the simple math: if city hall and the police colluded, conspired - and this journalist is utilizing the big word IF, if the shenanigans with a crooked police chief as oversight, a police chief whose son magically skates from a drunk driving allegation with no breathalyzer, no field sobriety test, no higher standard but the lowest standards possible, in the era of Stephen Lebert, Shawn Norton, Shawn Hughes, Miguel Lopez etc. etc. etc. wrongful conduct, do you think you are going to get an honest accounting of where your money goes when nepotism rules in the city that is falling apart, Medford Massachuetts?

3)What happened to Teresa Walsh?  That's one interview we would love to see on TV3.   What does Teresa know and when did she know it to "resign" (allegedly frog marched out of city hall, her desk locked up, the Chief of Staff for Mayor Muccini-Burke waltzed out of city hall without her staff knowing about it, until I, Joe Viglione, informed Teresa Walsh's staff that their boss was gone.

Johnny-come-lately Medford Transcript, a wholly-owned subsidiary of McGlynn/Muccini-Burke LLC, came to the party two hours after I broke the story, and buried it in the back of the paper.  How convenient.

And you think Fox News is sick?  The Medford Transcript makes Sean Hannity look like a man of integrity, which he certainly is not.

So here's the reality of the situation:  if the city council - a bunch of Muccini-Burke sycophants - if the city council can't demand and get an outside audit, not an audit controlled by the crooked Burke administration, if the city council can't flex its muscles ignoring suck-up Caraviello, prostitute Fred Dello Russo, Jr., bootlicker Adam Knight, doormat Michael Marks, stooge Breanna Lungo-Koehn, flunky John Falco, flatterer George Scarpelli...oops, that's all seven of them, isn't it?  If the overpaid zombies on the Medford City Council cannot demand an outside audit, then you realize that you've been had, Medford.

You can't trust Rumley, Muccini-Burke, Scarpelli, Leo A. Sacco, Jr., they are all dishonest with the citizens they take so much money from.  If you can't trust city government to hand over the booty, then you are being ripped off in the most obscene and vulgar of ways.

You are being deceived my dear residents- deceived by city government that is supposed to work for you, not the other way around.

That's why Mark Rumley gets so nasty and antagonistic.  Because his hands are unclean, and when Mrs. Burke and Mark Rumley use the same sink, you can see the filth mucking up the drainpipe.

Stand up for your rights, citizens of Medford.  Ask the current administration to hand over the documents.

And watch them come after you in the most malicious and mean-spirited way(s) possible.
