The Monies Received from P/E/G Access TV Franchise Fee

I have 6 pages on the General Fund, 3%; 1 % going to the "city" (which I presume is the PUBLIC ACCESS MONIES) 1% to the "school" - 1 % to "the school" (why double? I will have to ask) - 6 % unless the school one is redundant Have to scan a lot of pages 5 pages for the city, 6 and 6 for the "school" - 23 pages in all. Here's the first one.
