Hello Chamber of Commerce:
QUESTIONS OF GREAT PUBLIC INTEREST
These questions I write are very popular on my political Facebook page and on my blog, which is at 1,401,383 page views (almost a million and a half) as I write this, 9:28 am today, Friday, Sept 20.
These questions are of great public interest; Rep Donato says political speech is "The Most Protected right in AMERICA" yet my voice
is often silenced by Mark Rumley in the Law Office with threats of
lawsuits and shenanigans best suited for sophomoric high school
stupidity. Bonus question #7 is how a city can force a lawyer with
very unclean hands on the citizens?
Some
years back an honest, ethical good human being was employed by the
Chamber of Commerce. Now this was many years back, but they ran him out
of town. I'm thinking to myself, wow, he's not considered an "outside
agitator" which a hard-working guy like me is labeled; he's just a
sweet, honorable dude that they kicked in the teeth and pushed out of
the Chamber. Some of you know exactly who I am talking about and he's a
generous great guy to this day.
So
we understand that the problem IS the Chamber of Commerce controlling
things THEIR WAY and wagging the 60,000 citizens in an unethical and
immoral way.
That being said,
we know you aren't going to ask these questions about the mayor with the
unclean hands; this information is being sent to you to put on public
record the sins of Mayor Burke's administration. Oh, and don't worry,
after the debate we have a wonderful idea to compare certain information
we are secretly gathering to compare to the "questions" used at the
debate. You are going to love it!, Well, not really, you're going to be
horrified at your own bad actions. So ask these questions or be
exposed as manipulators working behind the scenes to put a flawed mayor,
Mrs. Burke, back into office.
________________________________________________________________________________
List of questions:
1)Newton Mayor saving forest vs Medford Mayor Cutting Down Trees Adam Knight and the Paris Street tree debacle
2)Selling off our resources: Make a pledge and sign it
City Hall doors, the furniture in Alden Chambers, missing manhole covers, Medford Housing Authority Copper, railroad tracks, Ring Road curbstones - stop this unethical practice and take a pledge
3)Get some integrity: remove Jay Campbell, John Anderson, Dan Kennedy and anyone leaning towards Mrs. Burke from this debate
What did Jay Campbell do or not do at the 2015 debate that got him onto the Cable TV Commission that he was unqualified for?
4)Open Meeting Law violation by Mrs. Burke - the Chapter 74 Board; Open Meeting Law Complaint - Disability Commission
5)Mayor Burke failed to take online exam till my Public Records request appeal forced her to do so!
That's right, it wasn't even the actual public records request itself;
it was the mayor stonewalling because she never took the exam on
time!
6)Law
Office's failure to answer public records requests in a timely manner -
where is the transparency from these "partners in progress?"
BONUS QUESTION
7)As
Mayor would you scrutinize the public, very bad actions of Brian F. Burke- at the Chevalier, on
camera, in front of the voters? Or is Mayor Burke so unethical that she
will cover up their wrongful conduct the way she allegedly covered up a
sex crime at the high school allegedly involving one of her own family
members?
________________________________________________________________________
THE QUESTIONS YOU WON'T WANT TO ANSWER FOR THE CITIZENS WHO NEED TO KNOW
Let's start with bonus question #7
7)As
Mayor, if you found the city lawyer moonlighting at Somerville District
Court collecting credit card debt - allegedly, or found
the
city lawyer using his city-issued taxpayer-funded e mail address on a
church website (we have the screenshot!) would you fire that individual
and replace him or her with a lawyer who will take both their oath as an
attorney and their oath of office at city hall more seriously?
6)The
mayor claims to have a "transparent" administration = why does it take
two or three appeals to get information from the public records law, the
Freedom of Information act. the Mayor's choice for a lawyer, Mark E.
Rumley, drags his feet, sometimes issues nonsense from his office, until
the Secretary of State steps in and demands about missing city hall
doors. Other questions as to why the mayor promised on the 2015
campaign trail of "free parking for seniors," only to renege on that
promise, is evidence of the failure of this administration to be
"transparent" and answer public records requests in a timely and honest
fashion. How will Breanna Lungo-Koehn react to such open and legal
questions?
5)Why did Mayor Burke have to take an exam ONLY after an appeal to a public record's law request?
4)When
the TV3 monies went into a separate account, Mayor Burke and Roy Belson
had a "Chapter 74" board that ignored the Open Meeting Law and failed
to adhere to the law requiring them to publish publicly that this
important meeting would be held. Given their years in public "service"
it was obviously intentional; Belson and Mrs. Burke intentionally hid
this from the city council, from the school committee and from the
citizens, and the $700,000.00 that Joe Viglione personally saved the
city by shutting down TV3 was something the mayor knew was of great
public interest. Breanna Lungo-Koehn brought this to the attention of
the council after Mr. Viglione's investigation
a)Why did Mrs. Burke behave in such an ugly fashion?
b)after
her lack of transparency and secret spending of the public access
monies, why did the mayor demand CORI checks on all members? It is NOT
done at other cities and towns where access is located at the high
school. Mayor Burke wants the public to be transparent while she works
in secret. How will Ms. Lungo-Koehn handle such issues?
3)Jay
Cambpell, Dan Kennedy and John Anderson are biased towards Stephanie
Muccini-Burke. Why has the Chamber of Commerce not allowed three
members of Breanna Lungo-Koehn's staff to be on this committee for the
Great Debate II ?
2)Will
each candidate sign a pledge to not sell of city resources without
posting it on the city website and noting what is going to happen to
these precious items (benches in Alden Chambers; city hall doors, etc.?)
and where the money goes?
1)Adam
Knight and Mayor Burke fought hard to cut down a tree on Paris St. Joe
Viglione filed a complaint to stop the tree cutting, yet the mayor did it anyway. Will Breanna Lungo-Koehn make this -
truly - Tree City USA in action, not in name only, as Mrs. Burk has shamelessly done! ?
RESPECTFULLY
Joe Viglione
