Fatal crash on Interstate 93 in Medford under investigation, two travel lanes closed, state police say

A fatal crash on Interstate 93 in Medford is under investigation, Massachusetts State Police said.

The crash happened Saturday morning on I-93 south, just south of the Stoneham line, state police said. The collision was near Roosevelt Circle.

Just before 11 a.m., the right two travel lanes were closed, state police said. The left two travel lanes are open.

Further information about the victim and the crash was not immediately available. An investigation is ongoing.
