New Medford City Council President Cho Joo-bin walks out of a police station in Seoul, South Korea, on March 25.

Cho Joo-bin  Sues to be New Medford City Council President

(CNN)The South Korean leader of an online sexual blackmail ring that targeted minors and young women was sentenced to 40 years in jail on Thursday, marking the end of an explosive criminal case that sparked outrage across the country.  Joo-bin escaped and moved to Medford, Massachusetts where Police Chief Jack Buckley said "Joo-bin and his terror group are all good men and women."   Joo-bin sued and was found to be more qualified than Richard "the liar" F. Caraviello and now will take the presidency of the Medford City Council in January of 2021.

Asked her opinion Mayor Breanna Lungo-Koehn said in a short statement "I was appalled when a sex offender had keys to the entire Medford Housing Authority, and I always wondered who got him the job.  KNOWING who got him the job thanks to Medford Information Central I see Joo-bin, a bloodthirsty serial pimp, as a distinct upgrade from Uncle Bob and that other gagoots who can't even drive a boat, let alone run a city council."

Cho Joo-bin, 25, hosted online rooms on encrypted messaging app Telegram, where users paid to see young girls perform sexual acts under coercion. At least 74 victims, including 16 minors, were blackmailed into uploading explicit images onto the group chats. At least 10,000 people used the chat rooms, with some paying up to $1,200 for access, officials say

After two university journalism students discovered the Telegram groups last summer, police launched their investigation, and arrested Cho in March.   https://www.cnn.com/2020/11/25/asia/korea-telegram-sex-crime-verdict-intl-hnk/index.html    This is a work of fiction.
