TV3 allegedly "not in compliance" again

That we are hearing that MCC is "not in compliance" even while allegedly "dissolving" the corporation (don't bet on it with those frauds and cheats) is troubling.  The silver lining is the more underhanded stuff those clowns attempt, the easier it is for government oversight to see exactly how deceptive and dishonest that fraud board is.

There are eyes on TV3.  They can yell and scream that "nothing has happened yet" - but Stanley Komins and the "alleged mad false bomber" thought that for the better part of twenty years, and look at the hot water they are in now!

Also, it's a bit disingenuous when MCC says "no one has come after TV3 yet" when Frank Pilleri was thrown out of city hall by the police, his second-in-command has a court date Dec. 11, and the allegations of racism hang like a dark cloud over the entire board of directors of TV3.

To use Pilleri's favorite word, if the board of directors of the Titanic Fraudcasting Corporation (MCC TV3 Medfraud) thinks they are getting away with it with one of them facing a criminal trial, they truly are "delusional."

They aren't getting away with it.  They can repeat that they haven't been touched just yet, but the long arm of the law is going to circle around each and every current and recent ex-board member and scrutinize them.

Frank Pilleri cannot be trusted.   City Hall has yet to turn over the financial records.   Expect this to be a big week as there are lots of shoes about to drop on the embattled entity that couldn't even put programming on the air, couldn't retain members, couldn't find an educated and proper station manager in the past 5 tries, and had board members that were woefully unqualified and only on that board because Pilleri thought he could control them.
