MEDFORD RESIDENTS WONDER WHY THEY WERE SO MEAN DOWN AT TV3
"Ten board members" (May 21, 2013), "I wanna say six" (May 28, 2013) Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. was trapped in so many lies, on camera, that comparisons with the way Bernie Madoff did business are easy...and essential.
Non-profits like housing authorities and public access TV are the easiest to scam, some experts allege. Look at the 20 year reign of Stanley Komins and how both former council president Robert A. Maiocco (disgraced with three complaints at Wells Fargo) and Mayor McGlynn - tattooed with a 4 million dollar judgment against his Mystic Valley Development Commission - now denounce Komins after they praised him.
It begs the question as to why Francis R. Pilleri Jr. wasn't more polite after reports were flying in to the City Solicitor's office, complaint after complaint after complaint. TV3 Medford was REVILED. It wasn't like they really had dozens of supporters, even the supporters Dawn Natalia trapped on videotape (Lenny's testimony was in direct conflict with an e mail in the possession of this editor) appear to have had changes of heart.
Instead of being kind and polite and delivering the service - which, if they did, would have kept them in power, the arrogant individuals who wrecked access TV lied through their teeth repeatedly, failed to live up to their fiduciary obligations to the public, and hurt so many people that justice MUST be served.

Joann Crupi wants to illustrate how well her boss fibbed to further her defense that Madoff misled her just like he deceived thousands of investors.

The upcoming trial of five former employees of Bernie Madoff could open with a video clip of the notorious Ponzi schemer lying through his teeth with “super-normal” ease.
Joann Crupi wants to illustrate how excellent her boss was at fibbing in order to further her defense that Madoff misled her just as he deceived thousands of the investors he scammed.
“It wasn’t just one lie to one person at one time,” Frisch said. "It was an intricate maintenance of millions of lies ... Dan believed Madoff, like so many others.”
