PILLERI allegedly sent blank faxes to Melanson Heath & Co PC so as not to comply with auditors. The result of the audit was that Pilleri withheld information, yet look what that lying s.o.b. said to the newspaper in February of 2008:

1)Pilleri claims to be some great internet wizard, the I.T. person for Tufts Health
2)Ark Insurance Stoneham "president" Ron Delucia, with a history of alleged wrongful conduct, from allegedly being thrown off of a board at Medford High School purportedly to being unceremoniously dumped as a teacher. "The Math Man" was known as "that nasty man" at Medford High School and as one elected official said "...and they don't want him back."
One of the candidates for elected office said "Who ever loses a teaching job????? " referring to the rumors about Delucia, information that was asked in a public records request about but was denied on the condition of "privacy."
Ron Delucia makes stuff up about people, yet that dirty rat has a right to "privacy?"
So much for the public knowing all the facts about an individual touching public monies.
3)Then there is the deficient but still arrogant Harvey Alberg, a loser by any definition of the word, claiming to be some great "money manager" - you heard that one from Bernie Maidoff, who stole from the rich. Alberg is WORSE THAN BERNIE because he steals from the small community and brags about an "award" he gave to himself for bad audio, bad video and bad content.

With election day at TV3 only two weeks away, the Board of Directors
has put the kibosh on what would have been the community access
station’s first publicly held vote in years.
My letter written in 2008:

In response to Dan Sarno’s April 22, 2009 update on TV3 — we
appreciate Mr. Sarno’s efforts on behalf of community media in this
city, however, there is still the presence of the embattled “Board of
Directors” of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. that concerns many
residents and Comcast subscribers.With decades of broken promises it is pretty hard to convince the people funding the channel that things will be different. Will positive changes continue if the current board survives the scrutiny of a retired judge, the mayor, the city solicitor, the City Council and the auditors at Melanson Heath & Co, PC?
Every aspect of TV3 with the old board in place will be viewed as “the fruit of the poisonous tree,” a product that is the decision of a board that has made terrible decisions on behalf of the access TV station. The only remedy is for an entirely new group of people to administer access TV in this city while removing the old board — and keeping individuals who served on that old board of directors away from the station for a good three to five years.
In light of the unanimous decision by the City Council of Medford on April 30 to demand the audit and Judge [Marie] Jackson’s evaluation and with the release of that audit by the city solicitor on May 7, it is not just one or two voices demanding change.
Every major politician, it seems, is as outraged as the community and the audit further provokes anger from Comcast subscribers paying a fee that we see being abused throughout the public record generated by the respected accountants of Melanson Heath & Company, PC.
It isn’t just the $818,000 that Mark Rumley began looking into, millions of dollars in subscriber paid fees have flowed to this station over the past two and a half decades with little or no accountability to those of us who are footing the bill.
If an elected official doesn’t do the job we hire them to do, the voters have a chance to replace that individual. Why have Comcast subscribers had less of a say in who handles our access channel and who gets to determine — or dictate — how these millions of dollars have been and will be spent?
Melanson Heath & Co. wrote: “We have concluded that we are unable to express an opinion because limitations have been placed on the scope of our audit as outlined in our report and the following

audit and we were not able to apply alternative procedures to determine
the completeness of the statements and related disclosures. TV3’s
management has not provided us evidence to support the $55,000
receivable on your financial statements. Additionally, TV3’s management
has declined to provide us with sufficient representation on your
financial statements...”
The letter goes on to say that the management, which includes two individuals who claim to be “money managers” and offer advice to Medford viewers, cited “numerous references to accounting standards and accounting practices which we are not familiar with and which we do not understand.”
Frankly, the Comcast subscribers who fund the enterprise don’t quite understand how individuals we never hired — who admit they don’t know how to count — are able to play with millions of dollars and not be held accountable to the people who fund the station.
It’s our money; we’d like to know how every dime is spent. Anything less should result in the police, the attorney general and the district attorney putting a focus on each and every member of the Board of Directors of TV3.

After Medford Community Cablevision dissolves, the city of Medford will take control of any leftover assets and place them in an escrow account to be used for the sole purpose of access television in the future.
Marks asked if cable subscribers could get a refund on their cable bills for the time TV3 has been off the air since the end of March. Rumley answered subscribers could be eligible for a refund on those cable bill fees.

According to city records, Medford received $981,825 in subscriber fees from Verizon and Comcast in 2012. Of that money, $575,792 went to the city’s general budget. TV3 and the educational access channel each received $203,016.

The council unanimously approved a resolution requesting copies of the
last two audits conducted on TV3, its annual operating budget and asked
the mayor to take immediate action in getting the station back on the
air.
“The contract is as clear as it can be,” said Penta. “You cannot be racist or harass.”
Section 17 of the contract forbids the station from discriminating against anyone on the basis of race, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability and other categories.
For the last several years, TV3 has waged a war of words with its critics, who have complained about a lack of diversity on the board, low membership and a lack of accountability and transparency, among other charges.

Responding to criticism over a lack of diversity, Pilleri said the
board has had members of different racial backgrounds, genders and
sexual orientations serve in the past.
Still, some past TV3 members and directors have said Pilleri and other white men who have served on the board since the 1980s use their positions to eject new board members that disagree with them or challenge their authority.

"City Hall now appears to be trying to change the makeup of the board to gain back their time that has been wasted," said Pilleri, one of several board members who voted last year to cancel a previously scheduled election that might have changed the makeup of the board.
"I've become quite used to the exchange of ideas on a professional and mature level," said Rumley.
"There have been times during this journey as the city's representative on the board of directors of TV3 that I have felt like I was back in the ninth grade."
