A deal with the devil

McGlynn's deal to dissolve Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

The new access TV station needs every asset that we cable TV subscribers paid into the previous station.  Doria Alberg and Arthur Alan Deluca have been littering Patch with distortions, falsehoods and outright lies about where the money and the meeting minutes are.

SO - it begs the question - if Frank Pilleri signed an agreement to FACILITATE access, and his hand-picked board member (Art DeLuca) and "meeting minutes lady" Doria Pizzotti Alberg go off the reservation, isn't that "breach of contract"  ???

A little evidence:

On September 20, 2013 a board member of TV3, Arthur Deluca, not only violated the Internal Revenue Code prohibiting a board member of a 501c3 non profit from engaging in politics (Deluca was obligated to remove himself from the board before running for Mayor,) but Deluca also violated the Agreement to facilitate access TV, which he was bound by (Deluca fraudulently claimed the TV3 self-appointed president's signature didn't bind the board of directors to anything, like agreements made with the police.  Deluca is not a lawyer, though he would like you to believe he is.)  Here's that violation:

Community accessDeLuca, who currently sits on the embattled community access station TV3’s Board of Directors, said if he is elected mayor, he will eliminate funding for public, education and governmental (PEG) access stations and instead steer those dollars to the city’s general budget. - See more at: http://www.wickedlocal.com/x1803293478/ELECTION-2013-Arthur-DeLuca-bills-himself-as-second-best-choi...

So the weekly paper noted Deluca was STILL on the board though ending up also on the front page proclaiming he was engaged in politics, prohibited by the Internal Revenue Code.

By the way, Police Chief Sacco will have a certified letter on his desk tomorrow with an e mail Deluca sent to the police with outright lies. Lying to the police is a crime and Deluca's falsehoods were only uncovered via Public Records Requests.  You see, Deluca realized the board members were dragged into the police station one by one after an assault of April 27, 2010 at City Hall.  Terrified, Deluca started sending misinformation to the police by the dozens.  It's the same kind of moronic scribblings Deluca posts on Patch.  Trying to mislead the police as a ruse to protect the allegedly guilty parties at TV3 is an alleged crime.  The police now have the document.
ADMISSION OF DORIA ALBERG
Judge Jackson-Thompson wanted meeting minutes.  The citizens want meeting minutes.  I have a document where Mark Rumley writes to a lawyer at the Secretary of State's office giving his opinion that no meeting minutes were kept.  Guess who was in charge of meeting minutes, by her own admission on February 16, 2014?

Doria Alberg February 16, 2014 at 08:26 AM   For the record I don't want anything to do with public access. I never did a show I was never on camera. I only took the meeting minutes.

Doria Alberg February 15, 2014 at 04:47 PMFew watch public access, it's like watching bad home movies. I don't think cities and towns should waste their money anymore.

When Mayor Michael J. McGlynn signed a contract with Comcast in 2005 it was supposed to run concurrent with the contract City Hall signed with Francis R. Pilleri, Jr.  However, the City Solicitor noted to me something about wanting Mr. Pilleri to "fax" it to City Hall to get a firm date on it.  Do you know why, people?  Well, my opinion, after seeing Mr. Pilleri drag his feet until August of 2005 was that Pilleri was trying to outfox McGlynn and hold on to the scepter of power over "Free Speech" in the city of Medford.  Mr. Pilleri has forcefully attempted to control the conversation.

And then there's that little deal Pilleri made for "all this to go away"

If you REALLY want to see something "delusional" - to quote Frank Pilleri, check this gem out:

Doria Alberg February 08, 2014 at 06:49 PM Joe asks "how to four individuals from the soon-to-be-defunct MCC get swank apartments"? Well that's easy....we work! And how would Joe know about my finances...that's easy too? He purposely looked at my taxes then posted them online for everyone to see. Now I ask you..is that someone that what's to do good for people, or someone who wants to try to ruin people?

RESPONSE TO MRS. ALBERG, who has made a cottage industry of phoning your place of business and attempting to "ruin" people

1)Only the variety of tax liens on Doria Alberg were published, NOT her tax returns.  How outrageous

2)How does Doria Alberg "work" when the corporation was shuttered by the Secretary of the Commonwealth?  Mrs. Alberg later said the corporation was still alive.  Checking with New York, Nevada, Delaware and other states, no Alberg Financial, Inc. could be found.  In Boston the corporation was closed either by the Supreme Judicial Court or by the Secretary of the Commonwealth
