Arthur Deluca Maliciously Lied to the Medford Police Department

Dear Readers: Arthur Alan Deluca claims because he sent a document to the police, chock full of lies, he's in the clear because he sent it????    Here's the reality of the situation Deluca refuses to acknowledge:  After three members of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. (including one later arrested on another matter) were dragged into the police station - not of their own volition but after a victim agreed to mediate with his attackers - Frank Pilleri signed a document on behalf of ALL board members and staff of TV3.  Deluca willfully, maliciously and eagerly violated the agreement, some theorize (allegedly) at the urging of Pilleri himself.  The police were warned in advance that this is standard operating procedure for TV3.  Deluca then started sending document after document to mislead the police.  They were lies.  Delusional Deluca's self-crafted fiction.  The police had no evidence to the contrary, and sneaky Deluca never cc'd the victim, of course. Early January Medford City Hall handed over the fraudulent e mails from Deluca to the police.  As with any matter one has to file a letter of complaint (just as one complains about the Open Meeting Law) when finding out alleged criminal activities by Arthur Alan Deluca.  There's an affidavit from a citizen in direct conflict with Deluca's lies to the police.  So, yes, the very document Deluca sent to the police was identified as a lie, as a misrepresentation from the guilty parties defending themselves against their wrongful conduct.  On its face sending those deceptions was stupid of Deluca, but stupid is as stupid does. If you've seen Art Deluca dressed in rags and dirty boots walking around Medford looking like he was just released from the asylum (people couldn't tell the difference between Dr. Rabies with the wig on TV3 or the hunch-backed bag man of Medford, Art Deluca, with his 2 wheel shopping cart looking like he stepped out of the wanted posters at the post office)  That being said, Deluca's former co-board member is on trial on August 15, 2014 after an investigation and a grand jury indictment. Art Deluca seems to be protesting a bit too much. Also, the post two days or so ago about using cable subscriber monies to pay fines if Deluca gets caught was priceless.  He is definitely posting on Patch in advance of an insanity defense. Problem for Deluca, he is insane, and his crafty pleading the obvious could backfire and they'll think he is sane because he was at least smart enough to make himself look more insane than we know him to be.
