Martin's agent, Kenneth Zuckerman, said his client feels "vindicated" by the report and plans to resume his football career.
Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin was subjected to "a pattern of harassment" that included racial slurs and vicious sexual taunts about his mother and sister by three teammates, according to a report released Friday by NFL investigator Ted Wells.
The 144-page report said Richie Incognito, who was suspended by the team in November, and fellow offensive linemen John Jerry and Mike Pouncey harassed Martin. Another offensive lineman and an assistant trainer also routinely came under attack, the investigation found. Neither was named in the report.

Then look at Medford, Massachusetts where Mayor Bloomberg has stated in his own biography that his family was discriminated against.

  • hate speech probe, other allegations

  • Already reeling from the denial of a $39,000 quarterly payment, TV3 last week became the target of a police investigation after allegations of hate speech and racism were lodged against the access station.
  • The allegations of racism have given the city an opportunity to potentially act on calls for a new cable access station if credible evidence of discrimination is found. - See more at: http://www.wickedlocal.com/x273436943/TV3-officials-speak-out-on-hate-speech-probe-other-allegations....

Because Incognito was investigated, it turned out to be true.
With the City Council learning on February 11, 2014 that Mayor Michael J. McGlynn himself pushed for the police to investigate the allegations of racism, for it to reach such a high level and to be still a topic of conversation 7 months later, speaks volumes.

FRANK PILLERI REMOVED FROM CITY HALL BY THE POLICE

TV3 Medford has had a history of the police being called to protect Medford citizens from their onslaught of invective.  Just as the lawyer for TV3 was removed from City Hall on October 29, 2008, Frank Pilleri was thrown out on August 6, 2013.  That's a span of 5 years where two of the key figures at TV3 had to be removed by the police for being disorderly

City Council President Robert A. Maiocco had reached his limit, and - to his credit - he showed tremendous patience on August 6, 2013.  But after Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. clerk Harvey Alberg harangued one of the councilors, the long-time TV3 president, Francis R. Pilleri, Jr., refused to abide by the council rules.  He was so unprofessional and obstinate that Pilleri was finally ejected from Alden Chambers by a member of the Medford Police Department.

    • Bomb threat arrest renews calls for TV3 closure in Medford

  • The recent arrest of TV3’s webmaster on charges of making a false bomb threat has added fodder to calls from the Medford City Council for a termination of the public access station’s contract with the city.

DeLuca, who currently sits on the embattled community access station TV3’s Board of Directors, said if he is elected mayor, he will eliminate funding for public, education and governmental (PEG) access stations and instead steer those dollars to the city’s general budget.“I would want to do away with PEG channels so the money can come to the city,” said DeLuca. “You could still use that money to fund education at the high school — teach them how to put video on the Internet. We’d be freeing up the money to do other things with it.” -

and then there's the explosive letter from Pilleri to City Hall talking about some deal where if TV3 cooperates "all this will go away."
