CERTIFIED LETTER SENT TO POLICE CHIEF SACCO ON CERTIFIABLE ART DELUCA

159,084

The response to the Issuing Authority's cable tv committee is extremely positive.  Residents are e mailing and phoning me about the planned access station, and are aware that from the moment it opens there will be no shortage of sports programming, animal rescue shows, updates from authors at Bestsellers, community information from the Chamber of Commerce, info on the Cradock Bridge, Brooks Estate, etc. etc. etc.

It's a reality that will surprise, pleasantly, the cable TV subscribers and residents who were not aware of what they were cheated out of.

The public will then have a full understanding of what they were deprived of when a
small group of malcontents hijacked a very expensive public resource.  Years ago I invited community members and politicians to my show.  Paul Camuso phoned in to Winthrop, Bob Penta and Paul Donato showed up in Winchester, many, many citizens saw the stunningly beautiful studio in Winchester (including Mr. Donato and Mr. Penta and Pat Jehlen and Carl Sciortino and Ken Krause) and understood what the old TV3 had done in regards to sabotaging access television.

Arthur Deluca continues to write long, defensive and untrustworthy commentaries.  He's still a board member of the station that refuses to file the paperwork to dissolve (and what does that tell you?) and is still ranting and raving like a crazy lunatic (well, he IS a crazy lunatic, so ranting like one is expected) that he is right and you don't deserve access tv, even though Arthur Alan Deluca took full advantage of the resources of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. including its computer programs, its opportunity for residents to have access to the computers, the cameras (it is alleged Deluca would get the best camera from 39 Everett St where the president allegedly kept the best camera for himself; that allegation was backed up by a resident of that area to me personally,) the alleged "Christmas bonuses" which Deluca bragged to sports host John Byers they blessed themselves with "for doing a good job."

The hypocrisy of Arthur "Hypocrite Hunter" Deluca and all his other aliases bashing residents on Patch while having been guilty of depriving citizens of access TV (Deluca dragged an old man into court, using MCC monies - cable TV subscriber monies - to harass an elder person) - well, that is exactly the kind of nonsense that the new cable committee is being forced to address.   John Byers spoke about the abuses at TV3 at the first meeting of the committee, Jeanne Martin discussed them at the second meeting.  Moving forward means looking exactly at the uncivil behavior on Patch by the malcontents thrown out of TV3 Medford (oh, they say they are "dissolving" of their own volition; public records requests say otherwise) and ensuring the citizens that rogue entities will not infiltrate and destroy a new station before it even begins.

The residents of Medford have always known that Arlington, Somerville, Cambridge and Malden have huge membership at public access television.  Burlington, Quincy and others neighborhoods also have an abundance of access TV producers.  Winchester, Stoneham, Winthrop, Lexington also have good membership levels and lots of programming.  Only the city of Medford is deficient.

At City Council meetings I have informed residents that all they have to do is stop in at another local access station to see what they've been missing.

Vincent Mase, a former MCC board member - and his wife, both spoke at a City Council meeting about their disappointment in MCC.   When you have John Costas, Bob DeNitale, Mark Rumley, Doreen Wade, Chris Donovan, Chrissy Barthelette, Dr. William Wood, Carolyn Rosen, Allison Goldsberry, Matt Haberstroh and many other board members and/or affiliates walking away in horror because of the wrongful conduct of a few - Art Deluca, Ron DeLucia, Harvey and Doria Alberg, Frank Pilleri, the bad station managers (plural) and their associates, the aliases that are objecting the loudest, then you fully understand the magnitude of the wrecking ball they took to access tv, and why they are obsessed and fixated on those of us building a real station, one that will serve the community and, no doubt, embarrass the hell out of the individuals who flipped the bird to this community, and misappropriated our monies for their own personal amusement.  Judge Jackson-Thompson called it a "private, MCC access" and that is what it was.

So when you see what court documents say were people being "brutalized" by Frank Pilleri's crew, when you see that brutalization on the Patch currently, you know why the same mistake can't be made again.

Arthur Deluca's mutlple letters to the police department have been turned over to me via Public Records Requests.  The lies have been identified and Police Chief Sacco received an e mail, an e mail that was sent by certified mail today.  We will not allow those bullies to continue to conduct themselves so poorly and expect that we will take their malfeasance and be frightened away by it.

On August 15, 2014 there is a trial date for the key person at TV3, the public face and disgrace of TV3.  That "proud" Medford resident is to stay away from his victims at Arbor Point/Station Landing, ordered by the courts, and is the defendant in a case that could put him away for decades.   One local politician (not B.P.) hopes that individual gets 20 years. Unquote.  Yikes.  And he probably thought that person was a friend!

The attorney for TV3 was thrown out of City Hall in 2008, Frank Pilleri was thrown out of City Hall in 2013.  In five years they still can't behave themselves.  Ron DeLucia was allegedly tossed out of Medford High School in the 1990s (who EVER loses a school job?  You know the answeer to THAT!), with a local politician telling this writer "And they don't want him back."
Disorderly conduct, false bomb threat allegations, board members fleeing for their lives - quite literally - and Deric Dyer going up to the podium to tell the community to "give them a try."  Right, Deric.  That's like asking a special needs person to hang out with (is he ex yet?)-Miami Dolphin Richie Incognito.

A special needs person dragged to Stop & Shop to ask women a sexually provocative question instead of a sports question.   Watch Arthur Deluca lie about that one as he lies about everything.

And the reason they lie to the community?  They create distractions in hopes that no one will find the financial records.  That no one will piece together meeting minutes as we are doing right now.  That no one will go to the City Council and demand the money be returned or charges be brought against those who had a fiduciary obligation to this community and who are terrified that the deal they cut with the Mayor might not be enough to get them off the hook.

To be continued...of course.
