After 8 PM the scene was clean as a whistle, truck, s.u.v. and big tow truck all vanished!

The tow truck driver REFUSED to tow a certain elected official's car (in front of the tow truck.) Offered him $200.00 to move it to the Cradock Bridge...$500.00 to move it to the DPW ...oh well... Name that person!!!
