BEFORE A DETECTIVE OF THE MEDFORD POLICE DEPARTMENT RETIRED ON JULY 4, 2015, HE PHONED THIS EDITOR AND REQUESTED INFORMATION ABOUT A CERTAIN GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND A CERTAIN MAYOR.

OUR RESPONSE FROM MEDFORD INFORMATION CENTRAL . COM

---THE POLICE HAVE BETTER ACCESS TO THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION THAN WE DO...

THE CONCLUSION: THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT WE KNOW... BUT SINCE THIS EDITOR TIPPED THEM OFF TO WHERE THE COPPER FROM THE BIG BLACK EYE ON A CERTAIN MAYOR MAY HAVE BEEN SOLD TO, AND WE SAW NO BOLD, BRAVE ACTION BY THE POLICE TO SOLVE THAT CRIME, WHY GIVE THEM MORE INFORMATION THAT THEY WON'T ACT ON?

Embattled Medford housing chief Robert Covelle is resigning

Under fire from city, governor, Covelle accepts severance deal

Currently, the Medford police and Coakley’s office are investigating another allegation against authority officials, involving the disappearance of thousands of dollars worth of salvaged copper from a housing authority demolition site.

In that case, John Lonergan, Covelle’s director of operations, admitted in an interview that he sold the copper and put the proceeds in a desk drawer where he said the $1,300 remained forgotten for more than a year.

Lonergan said he had Covelle’s approval to sell the copper and use the money to throw a party for maintenance workers, though Covelle disputed that. The party was never held.

Mayor Gary Christenson is reaching out to Malden residents in an effort to fill a vacancy on the Mystic Valley Development Commission.

The six-member Mystic Valley Development Commission oversees the River’s Edge Project (formerly Telecom City) and its designated developers. River’s Edge is a residential and commercial development project along the banks of the Malden River and is comprised of portions of the cities of Malden, Medford and Everett. The Commission is comprised of the Mayor of each of the three communities as well as a citizen representative from each city.

Verdict upheld in $4 million Medford eminent domain case

“The Walk family has waited more than five years for justice to be served,” said McLaughlin. “The court found that the commission’s objections were wholly without merit and completely inconsistent with its trial strategy and therefore waived. The decision fully affirmed the jury’s agreement with the Walks’ position on the key issues at trial and will hopefully end any talk of further appeal.”

Mayor McGlynn's Deceptive Cheat to Tilt the Election

In a city of 56,000 or so people the candidate running against McGlynn came within 2,647 votes of beating the then-24 year incumbent.  As we enter the 26th year of the McGlynn "dictatorship", the natives are restless.

"Michael McGlynn topped challenger Anthony D'Antonio in Tuesday's local election. McGlynn received 5,721 votes to D'Antonio's 3,174."
http://medford.patch.com/articles/mcglynn-wins-13th-term-d-antonio-says-he-will-run-again

All due respect to Mr. D'Antonio, but a political novice came within 2,647 votes of beating McGlynn.  That means McGlynn almost lost.   A candidate without financing, without the political machine, got 3,174 votes. That is a huge protest against the Mayor whose wife may have worked at the High School (she's now at the Dept. of Conservation & Recreation taking a taxpayer funded paycheck), a Mayor who has two daughters working as teachers, one at the suspiciously named "McGlynn School".   But while D'Antonio worked hard to get his message out, McGlynn illegally censored his opponent.  The "Issuing Authority" in Medford DENIED D'Antonio full airtime on the local access TV station, the station DEMANDING a video that I created and owned so that they could have the copyright "transferred" to them.

They wanted to EDIT the D'Antonio interview, simultaneous with DOCUMENTED ATTACKS ON D'ANTONIO by the station.

It was PURE CENSORSHIP.  Keep in mind, this producer BEAT TV 3 IN COURT on Anti-SLAPP violations, the most EGREGIOUS FORM OF CENSORSHIP on the books.

Broadcast time during an election: State Rep Paul Donato said that this is "the most protected right", that's when a video from the State Rep was censored on Mike McGlynn Television.  It was denied Anthony D'Antonio; not only that, a mayoral candidate in the primary, John Byers, was told he had to purchase time.   As for the school committee and city council, I personally found that some candidates were BUYING alleged "production" of ads for/on TV 3 that turned out to be quite beneficial.  You see, those who spent money GOT on the air, those who did not were conspicuous in their absence.  VERY conspicuous that they were missing from the conversation, from the ELECTION.

Now with the CHILLING news that Mayor McGlynn's brother-in-law, Jonathan R. Davis, has to find one hundred and two million missing dollars, where Davis(McGlynn) is the CFO
Chief Financial Officer of the MBTA; with McGlynn's own scandal in the Medford Transcript for alleged Conflict of Interest

Mayor Michael J. McGlynn says he did not violate state ethics law ... The penalty for violating the conflict of interest law was raised in 2009 from ... (see article below)

Here's what the LONGEST SERVING Mayor in the Commonwealth, whose daddy was Mayor as well, has to say, feigning ignorance on a law that he knows better than you or I or anyone could know:
“There are so many chapters of laws you have to pay attention to,” said McGlynn. “I don’t’ think anyone can cite them verbatim. I don’t think anyone intentionally violated the law.”

Michael J. McGlynn also has some swampland he bought from you...for pennies on the dollar.  That's right, he doesn't sell you swampland, McGlynn uses eminent domain to fraudulently take your property away and give you pennies on the dollar:
Judge Bonnie MacLeod-Mancuso ruled that the Mystic Valley Development Commission, developer of proposed River’s Edge Project, must pay the Walk family, owners of 5.5 acres of land taken by eminent domain in 2004, a total of $3,625,000 plus $400,000 interest for the property.
DISHONEST MIKE MCGLYNN STOLE ACCESS TV FROM THE RESIDENTS, THEN HIS EMINENT DOMAIN SCHEME BLEW UP IN HIS FACE.  WHY AREN'T THE PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT THIS?

BECAUSE MCGLYNN HAS A MEDIA BLACKOUT IN THE CITY!

In February (2012), McGlynn told the Transcript that enhanced government transparency would be a major part of Comcast’s Project Open Voice pilot program and an initiative he wholeheartedly supports.

On Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2012, Joe Viglione spoke to the City Council about how Tim Kelly at Comcast CANCELED his speech to the Council and how Project Open Voice has been pushed aside in Medford.

McGlynn appears on Channel 1, on Demand, but you don't!  NO TRANSPARENCY, just the Emperor's New Clothes as a naked McGlynn masquerades as the charlatan that he is.

With the 4 million dollar judgment against Mike McGlynn's Mystic Valley Development Commission, does it surprise anyone that after the scandal at the Housing Authority, the new Conflict of Interest brouhaha in the Transcript and McGlynn's brother-in-law Jonathan R. Davis (married to Bernadette McGlynn) now looking for 102 million dollars and allegedly a bunch of lost keys...does it surprise anyone that the embattled Mayor,  McGlynn, cheated to win the 2011 election?

Well he did.

McGlynn CHEATED his opponent out of the use of the PUBLIC ACCESS TV station.

FACT:  A video by McGlynn's opponent was CENSORED.   McGlynn, the Issuing Authority over Public Access in Medford, enjoyed airtime while his opponent was ORDERED to hand over a copyright or they wouldn't broadcast him.  McGlynn's opponent was censored

As stated, State Rep Paul Donato said that this is "the most protected right", that's when a video from the State Rep was censored on Mike McGlynn Television.

Election time at TV3, bookkeeper hired to straighten out finances ...

www.wickedlocal.com/medford/news/x187558589
Nov 19, 2007 – “I was bewildered and angry,” said Rep. ... Donato contacted TV3 Board of Directors member and former state ... It's the most protected right.

But State Rep Donato turned out to be another rotten fruit; another highly conflicted blowhard who talks the talk but can't walk the walk.

Donato is so firmly planted in the Mayor's back pocket he has to fight with Martha Coakley for air.  Both of them are securely positioned in McGlynn's back pocket that they can't make a move without the corrupt Mayor telling them when to jump, and how high.

A video I produced of McGlynn's opponent did NOT air on the local access station, but McGlynn's glitzy video created by Comcast WAS broadcast repeatedly...repeatedly.

More options for viewing meetings?
In February, McGlynn told the Transcript that enhanced government transparency would be a major part of Comcast’s Project Open Voice pilot program and an initiative he wholeheartedly supports.   MEDFORD TRANSCRIPT Aug 09, 2012 @ 09:29 AM

Right after the 2011 election I won a BIG victory in Superior Court over the former station manager of the Public Access television station, Dawn Natalia.  Now the Mayor was hoping that the tens of thousands of dollars spent to sue this TV host would have shut me up. In fact, the Mayor's own cousin was the attorney filing the frivolous case and in Somerville District Court I beat the cronies on THREE VIOLATIONS of the anti-SLAPP statute, the most EGREGIOUS FORM OF CENSORSHIP ON THE BOOKS.   You never saw that victory in the local papers, though City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley personally congratulated me on my victories at State Rep Donato's campaign breakfast.   Keynote speaker was one Sal DiMasi...you can draw your own conclusions on THAT!  HA!

The Mayor's cousin then prematurely appealed his losses and he lost again.  There I stood in Somerville District Court with Clerk Margaret "Maggie" Weeks emptying the courtroom before I got a chance to speak (Whenever they "empty" the courtroom people it is usually when one has to look out.  No witnesses, you understand?).   The judge said "I'm inclined to vote in favor of TV 3"....(Now that meant Ms. Weeks most likely filled the judge in with what she wanted him to hear).... "YOUR HONOR", I said, no attorney, just me and the judge and Ms. Weeks, "I beat them on Anti-SLAPP in front of the Honorable Judge Singh. If you vote in their favor they'll bury me in paperwork."

"You're very logical" the judge said to me.  "Do you mind if I look up the rule?"

My reply: "Your Honor, take all the time you need."    The judge looked up the rule I gave him and he changed his mind and AWARDED ME THE VICTORIES.

I changed a judge's mind, in oral argument, alone in a courtroom!

Mayor McGlynn must have been FUMING!    Then Ms. Weeks, the clerk, accidentally xeroxed one victory on two sides of a piece of paper, not giving me both victories.   I had to write to the judge and reinstate the second victory.  Then Somerville District Court did not put it on the docket!  You can't make this stuff up!  It took me HOURS to get Carol DeMarco downstairs in Somerville Court to do the right thing!  What a joke.   At least she didn't commit perjury like First Assistant Clerk William G. Farrell did, in front of God, man and a clerk from Chelsea Court, but that's a story for another day.   (I went in front of Judge Maurice Flynn to get Farrell to testify and after taking the oath Farrell proceeded to lie his ass off!  Unbelievable.  A disgrace. A total disgrace!  And you wonder why Martha Coakley has a corrupt state chemist screwing up the legal system!
http://www.bostonherald.com/news/regional/view.bg?articleid=1061163916&srvc=rss

So I wrote to the head judge of the district courts and moved the cases OUT of Somerville District Court.    "Somerville Court: they're the worst" (a bailiff at another courthouse to me after hearing the story)

But make no doubt about it, Mayor Michael J. McGlynn is the "issuing authority" who could have intervened and broadcast my program.   McGlynn has ZERO INTEREST in abiding by the rules, he uses the cable TV subscriber monies for his "general fund" and right now if you tune to Channel 3 you see board members taking advantage of the broadcast time with old shows that have no relevance to Medford life whatsoever.

Mayor Michael J. McGlynn scammed the city. His opponent did NOT get on the air. McGlynn did.   There was even more monkey business we hear allegedly at the "debate" where McGlynn tilted that to his favor as well. From what I hear McGlynn lost the coin toss or whatever and was whining like a spoiled brat in a sandbox stealing another boy's shovel.

Pop Warner scandal. La Conte Rink, Medford Invitational (MIT) Baseball, Cradock Bridge, potholes, empty storefronts.  A sad lack of leadership in Medford with McGlynn LYING that he offers LEADERSHIP THAT WORKS. It is a lack of leadership that DOESN'T WORK.

FACT:  Mayor McGlynn had an expensive commercial created by Comcast - it aired relentlessly.   The City Council was OUTRAGED only after YOURS TRULY, Joe VIglione, brought it to their attention.

Now you know why Uncle Bob Maiocco tries to silence me with his gavel.  Now you know why City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley jumped up when I interrogated Uncle Gene McGillicuddy at the Medford Housing Authority, even though Rumley told anyone who would listen Medford the City is separate from Medford Housing Authority (The Authority Board did NOT ask Mr. Rumley for an opinion; he was out of line.  I told my old friend Mark Rumley "YOU, SIT DOWN" in no uncertain terms, and he did.  I have it on videotape in case you want to see it.)

We are tired of hearing lies from elected officials like Mayor Michael J. McGlynn.  McGlynn needs to resign before we find out more dirt about his unethical practices.  And trust me on this, I have a waterfall of information I am currently vetting about cousins and daughters and uncles and aunties of the McGlynn clan.  We will have the TRANSPARENCY that McGlynn promised, but not from McGlynn, you will get that transparency from those of us courageous enough to fight City Hall.

Mayor McGlynn needs to resign.  Martha Coakley needs to resign.  They are too selfish to do it on their own...and Sal DiMasi is awaiting them both, keeping their beds warm for them. Because DiMasi found out what happens when you don't leave in time
