MARK RUMLEY, DERELICT IN HIS OBLIGATIONS TO THE CITY AND TO THE CABLE TV SUBSCRIBERS

In July of 2014 Rumley demanded the TV3 financial records and meeting minutes. About 54-55 weeks have elapsed and the scoundrels at TV3 are getting a free pass from the inefficient Medford City Solicitor, Mark E. Rumley.
It is another broken promise the City Solicitor made to the citizens, bowing to his magnificence, Michael J. McGlynn, instead of doing what is fair, what is right. Pitiful!

---Rumley jumped up at the Medford Housing Authority, which Rumley called a "separate body politic" and attempted to interfere in a journalist questioning Uncle Gene McGillicuddy. The journalist had Governor Deval Patrick REMOVE Uncle Gene for the obvious conflict.
Rumley had no right attempting to interfere.
That is NOT ethical conduct
---In a court of law Judge Timothy Gailey threw Rumley's older brother's best friend, David P. Skerry, off of two cases when this editor pointed out to the judge the threats made against this editor's life. "You knew you were conflicted when you took these cases" Judge Gailey told Skerry. Rumley, my witness under subpoena, gave the TV3 attorney LEGAL ADVICE to get Skerry back on the case. It was disgusting, reprehensible and ABSOLUTELY AIDED AND ABETTED TV3'S MISCONDUCT ON BEHALF OF SKERRY'S COUSIN-BY-MARRIAGE, MICHAEL J. MCGLYNN, WHO WAS USING TV3 TO BEAT ME UP AND KEEP US OFF OF THE AIRWAVES OF TV3. ALL OF US.
RUMLEY WAS TWICE A PREVIOUS BOARD MEMBER OF TV3.
---Rumley is not forthright with residents, yelling at Councilor Michael Marks when Marks called Rumley one of "The Mayor's Henchmen" at a council meeting, on the government channel, was immature, stupid and not very ethical.
But you see, it is all about Mark Rumley, not about the city, and certainly not about you and your free speech rights, dear residents.
