Citizen to file application for criminal complaint against Ed Finn, City Clerk

383,195

After speaking with a Sgt. of the Medford Police this morning, at exactly 11:34 am, I will be filing an application against the City Clerk, an application for criminal complaint against Edward P. Finn.

City Officials need to be held to a higher standard.

If Finn had chest-bumped Breanna Lungo-Koehn, he would have spent the night - most likely - at 100 Main St.

Finn's irrational and ugly stunt is just typical of the Paul Camuso nonsense or the assault by Zappelli/Matt Page Lieberman and crew, or the death threats by the Mayor's cousin, Atty David P. Slimy, and it ends here.

A second application is being considered against a Malden reprobate as well.

Updates to follow.

Ed Finn is NOT going to get away with it, and subpoenas will be issued to certain witnesses as they, and the police, were just advised in an e mail.

Medford City Hall is SICK under Michael J. McGlynn, and this perverted behavior by a City Clerk (or by a Councilor Camuso using his vehicle to intimidate and bully behind city hall) or Uncle Bob Maiocco with his dirty metal pipe episode, it cannot go unaddressed.

I will see Mr. Finn in a court of law.

He'd better have a good attorney, and not Mark E. Rumley, as I will have a few choice words for Mr. Rumley in court regarding TV3 and the absolute poor job Rumley has done to protect the citizens of Medford.

I believe I have a solid witness in that regard.

The City of Medford needs some professionalism, and you won't find it with half-asleep Fred Dello Russo, Jr. failing to do his job as council president.

I had the podium on June 30th and while I was attempting to speak Councilor Camuso was yelling at Councilor Marks.

Where was Dello Russo?  Looking on leaseboy.com or something on his iPhone?  Truly, this city needs some reform.

City Clerk Edward P. Finn needs to resign.
But Mayor McGlynn reportedly needs him
now more than ever.

A man can only take so much.  If Edward
P. Finn wants a punching bag, he picked on
the wrong customer.

See you in court, Mr. Finn.

As I told the police officer today, this will
be going to Cambridge Court, not to the
reprobates at Somerville District Court,
called by one court officer "the worst."

"Somerville District Court, it's the worst"
Court officer at another court house.

Ain't it the truth!

A Medford Police sergeant who was accused last year of hitting a woman during a dispute on a city street  has been placed on departmental probation, will be required to undergo 10 days of training, and must stay away from the plaintiff in the case, officials said.

The recommendation, made by Budget and Personnel Director Stephanie M. Burke and submitted to Mayor Michael J. McGlynn Tuesday, does not specify what type of training Sergeant James Lee must undertake, saying only that the course be selected by Medford Police Chief Leo A. Sacco Jr.

And she wants to be Mayor?  Please...spare us more of this

hit you on the way out.
