Dear Readers:
I sent a letter to city hall.
Sanctimonious blowhard Mark E. Rumley was not in the correspondence.
Rumley hijacked it to attempt to create a distraction.
A lawyer will be asked if Rumley can be charged as a co-conspirator.
The silver lining for residents: if we can prove Rumley is a co-conspirator, it can possibly open the doors to prosecute Medford Community Cablevision.
It is my belief that Solicitor Rumley is protecting Frank Pilleri's gang, part of the board of directors that Rumley served on. That is the only logical explanation for Rumley not taking TV3 to court as he promised on or about July 14, 2014
Today is the 1st Anniversary of the 2nd arrest of Gary Zappelli of TV3. This is a sick city, and it is time for some healing

mail regarding FELONIOUS ASSAULT ON A SENIOR BY MEDFORD CITY CLERK

The
e mail was hijacked by Mark E. Rumley, who was NOT included in the
correspondence. It's an intentional distraction by Rumley to interfere
in the investigation. Mark Rumley should be charged with interfering in
an investigation of a felonious assault on a senior by a City Clerk.
I will ask an attorney if I can charge Rumley as a co-conspirator.
Mr. Rumley attempted to turn a violent crime into one of his hissing contests.
It
is unacceptable behavior from the man who was a bill collector at
Somerville Court on Thursdays (did Rick Caraviello drive him there in a
limo on company time?) - then, presto change-o, is a sanctimonious "holy
roller" as TV3 called him (yet he never sued them for it,) then he is
supposed to be the City Solicitor. Rumley - it seems - wears so many
hats that it is no wonder the cable TV subscribers cannot depend on the
current City Solicitor to protect their monies and restrain Paul Camuso
from going bonkers because it is Tuesday and he's agitated and wants to
pound the table and scream at a Dr. Storella or a Bob Penta or a Pat
Fiorello or a Joe Viglione.
This city is sick and the voters better bring in some honest politicians because the dishonesty of Rumley, Camuso, Finn, McGlynn and the gang is sickening.
This
e mail is about a vicious act by the City Clerk of Medford, and if
Rumley wants to block e mails he was not included in, that should get
the attention of a judge and jury right quick.
Rumley, it appears, is trying to defend the indefensible act of Edward P. Finn, the hothead, temperamental clerk of the City of Medford who is a bully that fails to do the job he has paid to do by the citizens of Medford.

Rumley then, when confronted with his lies to the community, threatens to block emails from a victim who didn't even have Rumley in the correspondence.
That's
not logic, it is harassment and bullying by a City Solicitor with low
standards for himself and high standards for everyone else.
Clerk Ed Finn assaulted me. I came to you looking for a resolution to yet another violent act at Medford City Hall.
I
wrote to you as I have found you polite and professional, unlike a
certain member of the bar who is ambiguous, prissy, lacking in honesty,
who equivocated on access TV issues to mislead the community, and who
was asked for his resignation by a citizen of the city of Medford.
So
let us get this straight: if Mark Rumley hears the truth he acts like a
child, demands full control of the sandbox paid for by the residents,
and blames the victim of a physical assault at City Hall, his e mail
purely baiting the victim, rubbing salt in the wound, the Jekyll and
Hyde Mark Rumley sensitive and caring one moment, and showing his true,
vicious colors the next when he does the bidding of a corrupt Mayor.
Both
McGlynn and Rumley are like sour milk; they've been in office too long,
they are distasteful to a community overpaying for services they fail
to deliver.
But
this e mail is about Edward P. Finn's assault on a citizen; not the
distraction created by an unethical city lawyer who has failed the
citizens, who has allowed Frank Pilleri's Medford Community Cablevision,
Inc. to rip off the residents, cheat them out of access TV, all because
of the incompetence and intentional neglect of a city lawyer who gets
too much money to turn a blind eye to malfeasance.
Is that clear enough?
This
morning the two holes in front of my home were finally paved after four
or five trips to City Hall. The streets in Medford look like
Frankenstein's face, torn up, potholes, shredded, and your boss, Mark E.
Rumley, gets into his tiresome hissy fit routine again because he, and
his City Clerk, are both as guilty as sin.
Edward P. Finn assaulted me.

Looks like the City Solicitor needs some anger management along with Ed Finn.
Perhaps they can go to the classes together. One thing is for damn sure, the city of Medford is damaged severely with temperamental alleged Jekyll and Hyde types like Ed Finn and Solicitor Rumley.

One
last note of importance: my dear friend, the late Professor Ray
McNally, granted me one of his last interviews at TV3 on 40 Canal St. I
didn't know Ray was dying. His book, IN SEARCH OF DR JEKYLL AND MR.
HYDE - a classic from 2000, was discussed right here in Medford.
Professor McNally, guest on the Tonight Show with his original classic,
In Search of Dracula (he actually invited me to Boston College one
Halloween to celebrate back in the 1970s or early 1980s) explained to
Medford residents on TV3 how Dr. Jee-kill (the correct pronunciation,
not Jeck-ell) meant "I kill and Hide." Dr. Jekyll was not the kindly,
sanctimonious, prissy person he presented himself as. The monster, Mr.
Hyde, was actually the real Dr. Jekyll with a camouflage.
Well,
we no longer have to search for Jekyll and Hyde, the kindly professor
died before we could tell him that they are here, in the open,
masquerading as government officials and city leaders, the hypocrite Dr.
Mark E Rumley Jekyll and the vicious Mr. Edward P. Finn-Hyde. Here in
all their glory.
The
Mayor's good friend, Gary Zappelli, was arrested for the second time a
year ago today, July 8, 2015, for allegedly feeding a 16 year old cadet 3
beers on a sleepover in Provincetown; his previous arrest, on or about
September 4, 2013, was for a false bomb threat at Station Landing. Paul
Camuso is very tight with Mr. Zappelli. Mr. Zappelli is in a police
report of April 26, 2010 for participating in an assault on me at the
City Council; the police determining the victim, the sole victim, as me.
That's
the ugly truth about the city of Medford. Now Mark Rumley wants to
become a distraction to hurt the victim again. I will ask a lawyer if I
can charge Rumley with being a co-conspirator for his truly nonsensical
e mails designed to interfere in the investigation into the violent act
of Edward P. Finn in June of 2015.
