The FBI and Michael J. McGlynn!
The rumor mill in Medford is a buzzing.
REMEMBER, THESE ARE ALLEGATIONS ABOUT A PUBLIC FIGURE, THE LONG-TIME MAYOR OF MEDFORD
BUT THERE ARE SO MANY PEOPLE BUZZING ABOUT THE FBI, INCLUDING THE MEDFORD POLICE WHO REQUESTED INFORMATION ON OUR SOURCES (We told them to go to the FBI and find out for themselves. What the heck, they're the police, right???? Why do I have to do all the work for that phony Mark Rumley and for the overworked police department. Put me on the payroll as newsletter writer for the cops and we'll talk! Sheesh!)
FOUR SEPARATE SOURCES WHO DO NOT KNOW EACH OTHER have stated that the FBI shut down the McGlynn regime.
these are allegations! keep that in mind
1)What "mayor" of 28 years steps down in April? Why brand himself a "lame duck" before July 7th when, by not pulling papers, he could have gracefully said he wasn't going to run again.
Reportedly, McGlynn's secretary or secretaries were sobbing with disbelief when he shocked them with the news that he wasn't running.
2)Do the simple math
a)McGlynn - allegedly - was forced to go to the newspaper in April to say he wouldn't run again
b)according to one source he had to pay a huge fine allegedly
c)what secretaries of 28 years do not know in advance that the Mayor is closing shop!
Get real! Not in this reality.
Nope. Something fishy is going on at Medford City Hall, and people in Medford are buzzing that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is deeply, deeply involved and may have given the creepy old mayor the heave-ho.

McGlynn is not out there playing with his grandkids like he told the press.
McGlynn is out there campaigning for his last hope, Stephanie Muccini-Burke. Why? Because the puppeteer can control her.
Stephanie has lost her footing in the race. She stumbled out of the gate with dumb signs that were faded blue and white and just melted into thin air.
THEN she copies Bob Penta's signs. Penta stated "the sincerest form of flattery" - at a local restaurant today five individuals were speaking with me, one of them saying "Burke copied Penta's signs."
The citizens get it.
That's poor management by Burke. She doesn't have a clue about campaigning, off the trail for five years or so, she stumbles out of the gate and has to trash the original signs for ones that look like her opponents!
Good management? Hardly...a huge black eye on Stephanie Muccini-Burke.
Burke had approximately 75 people at the Bistro.
Penta reportedly had 350 people at the Montvale Plaza.
Residents are saying that Muccini-Burke is loathed by many in the community, and that she didn't have a chance when she was thinking of running against McGlynn.

DO NOT underestimate Muccini Burke. With a snake like McGlynn in her back pocket, and devils like Adam Knight, Paul Camuso and Freddy Dello Russo, Jr. endorsing her, Burke's campaign is already infected with the disease of McGlynn-itis.
Do you really want to suffer another 28 years with McGlynn pulling Muccini-Burke's strings and making all residents suffer with lunatics like Mark Rumley and Ed Finn being abusive, nasty and mean?
