Mark Rumley DENIED your ability to go on Access TV. Here are the facts.
1)July 24, 2014 was the deadline for TV3 to file the financial records, bank books, meeting minutes
of the Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. 501c3 non-profit. Now, Rumley will threaten a citizen
for expressing his First Amendment rights, but he cowers in fear if he has to go after MCC TV3.

passed the buck to the Public Charities Division of the Attorney
General's office, which has done NOTHING that we know of except go after
LynnCAM - Lynn TV. So with 93 or so days to election day, November 3,
and the primary only 29 days away, you have no access TV for the meeting
tomorrow night at the library. You've been cheated by those in
positions of authority who are supposed to safeguard your money. Rumley
might as well stick his hand in your wallet and take the money out
himself for not going after Frank Pilleri and MCC TV3.
2)The deadline came and went and the city didn't sue TV3; but TV3 sued the city and lost.

*Rumley and Paul A. Camuso besmirched the memory of the late Pat Fiorello, a good Catholic who lived on Bradbury Ave., at the council, and then trying to say the man's friend (this writer) was like Pat, meaning, that I was speaking like a man with Alzheimer's. Since my beloved aunt died of Alzheimer's, it was truly regrettable to have a city solicitor sink to such a low, personal level with Camuso, a known reprobate who does that stuff on a daily basis.
That's Mark E. Rumley exposed for the flagrant abuser that he is.
*On or about November 18, 2008, Rumley said the city doesn't "squelch" free speech.
*At the Medford Housing Authority board meeting, while I was rolling video, Rumley jumped up and attempted to squelch my free speech. Rumley, caught with his pants down, is a pathological liar.

City Solicitor Mark Rumley said the city took possession of equipment from TV3’s former office at 32 Riverside Ave. in January. But Rumley said the city has not received any money from MCC, nor does it know how much money, if any, the organization still has.
