When was Muccini-Burke on the MVDC and what part did her being on the board of directors play, if any, in the events that unfolded that were detrimental to some individuals in the communities participating in RIVER'S EDGE

Judge Bonnie MacLeod-Mancuso ruled that the Mystic Valley Development Commission, developer of proposed River’s Edge Project, must pay the Walk family, owners of 5.5 acres of land taken by eminent domain in 2004, a total of $3,625,000 plus $400,000 interest for the property.

The $3,625,000 verdict is one of the largest Middlesex County jury verdicts in an eminent domain case in recent history.

Was Stephanie Muccini-Burke involved at any time as a "commissioner" when all this ugly stuff went down?

THE MVDC IS A BIG BLACK EYE ON MCGLYNN
WHY AREN'T THE PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT THIS?

BECAUSE MCGLYNN HAS A MEDIA BLACKOUT IN THE CITY!

Stephanie Muccini Burke needs to be honest and upfront about the MVDC and what her participation was.

Was Stephanie Burke on the Medford City Council and, if so, why didn't she alert her fellow councilors to the lawsuit against the MVDC?

"You were obligated to notify the Medford City Council [of any lawsuits] and you didn't," Maiocco told Wishoski at a Medford City Council meeting earlier this week. Wishoski denied the accusation.
Wishoski came to the Council last year on behalf of the Mystic Valley Development Commission, a River's Edge advisory group that includes the mayors of Everett, Malden, and Medford.

He asked councilors to approve
