Board of Commissioners Vice Chairman William Young explained that
placing Lonergan on administrative leave with pay was the board’s only
option because Lonergan has not been found guilty of any wrongdoing.
Young motioned the scrap metal matter be referred to the Medford Police
Department for further investigation.

ANOTHER CORI CHECK FOR MHA?
MEDFORD HOUSING SCANDAL...IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE FOR THE MAYOR!...
how many employees hired were not cori'd or drug tested? Was there at least one more driving without a valid license who lost it for a drunk driving? We don't know...this blog is delusional...don't ask us, ask Mark Rumley, he won't give you an answer, he will just say that this blog is delusional!!!!

Now, word has it that the Mayor McGlynn's good friend, John Lonergan(the MHA Operations Director - but City Solicitor Mark Rumley keeps saying there is no connection between City Hall and the MHA ...right Mark, have another drink!) ALLEGEDLY had a fellow named Chris April and another fellow named James J. O'Brien (the late James O'Brien, the individual who never had a CORI check and was allegedly a sex offender ...allegedly for having sex with a male prisoner)
...they allegedly punched out on the time clock at the MHA (guess that can be verified pretty easily) ...were told by the Mayor's friend Lonegran to go get the copper and they allegedly brought it to Everett and sold it for 3K to H.H. & M. Metals Inc.!
Where's the THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Young assumed the duties of chairman at the April 30 meeting in the absence of former chairman, Eugene J. McGillicuddy.
Patrick removed McGillicuddy from the board on April 27 and replaced him with a new commissioner, Medford resident Sean Caron, who has worked in the field of affordable housing for seven to eight years, previously conducting research and advocacy on affordable housing at the Metropolitan Area Planning Council and Metro Mayors Council.
