These four are hardly *Medford:s finest.*   LeBert threatens to kill someone, Lee involved in domestic violence,   Norton allegations include refusing to stop - leaving a scene - drunken driving, causing an accident, hit and run.

Was LeBert sober when he pulled his little stunt on Michael A. Coates?

Stephanie Muccini Burke was Director of Personnel when Norton was alleged to have committed these lapses in judgment.

Medford officer faces drunken driving, other charges









WOBURN — A Medford police officer has been charged after allegedly driving drunk, causing an accident, fleeing the scene and then refusing to stop.


Shawn Norton, a 16-year veteran, was released on $100 after pleading not guilty Thursday.
Authorities say the 43-year-old Norton was arrested just after 11 p.m. Wednesday after Reading police received a report that a vehicle had been involved in a hit-and-run in Wilmington

Medford police officer accused of lying to investigators after fatal shooting in his home

WOBURN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Medford police officer was indicted Thursday amid accusations that he lied to investigators probing a July 3 murder.
Miguel Lopez, 53, of Stoneham, was indicted by a Middlesex Grand Jury on two counts of witness intimidation.
Lopez was arrested for his alleged actions following a double shooting in his residence at 6 Micah's Pond Way in Stoneham.
Two others, 24-year old Jessie Williams, of Medford, and 19-year-old Eugene Tate, of Malden, were also indicted Thursday for their alleged connection to the double shooting.
Williams and Tate are charged with murder, armed assault with intent to murder, armed assault in a dwelling, assault with a dangerous weapon, armed robbery, and illegal possession of a firearm.
