Because Chief Sacco, I say this as respectfully as possible, is dangling from McGlynn's puppet strings as much as Stephanie Burke and Mark Rumley are. It is sick and it is very wrong, and we citizens pay the high price. Just look at LEBERTGATE for the past six days.
