LEBERT BEHAVIOR IS THE RULE IN MEDFORD, NOT THE EXCEPTION

Steven Lebert blurted out death threats at a driver a week ago tonight, July 26, 2015.  Seven days later it is mind boggling that it took so long to get the real Steve LeBert on camera, but thank God for big favors.

THE JEKYLL AND HYDE BEHAVIOR OF STEPHEN LEBERT, MARK RUMLEY,
EDWARD P. FINN AND OTHER DUPLICITOUS HENCHMEN OF MICHAEL J. MCGLYNN

This online site is extremely popular because it dares to break the McGlynn  dictate - the order - THE COMMAND - to keep ugly things like the 4 million dollar payout at Rivers Edge, the repulsive whacking of the lip of a woman by her boyfriend, Officer James Lee, Officer Miguel Lopez interfering in a MURDER investigation, off of the public access TV channel.   For the 28 years that McGlynn has been in office, he has had thugs and reprobates *supervising* the access channel, till this editor finally forced the Mayor to shut it down.

For doing the right thing this editor has faced violence at city hall twice, lip service from Mark Rumley who - as a human being has shown me kindness, but as a city solicitor has proved himself to be ruthless, conniving and not very honorable.     The Jekyll and Hyde behavior is chilling.  But it is the skewed mission of the McGlynn Administration, to put anyone asking questions about their sleazy operation on the defensive.

JEKYLL AND HYDE MCGLYNN
HOW WE CAN IDENTIFY MCGLYNN AND HIS HENCHMEN`S DUPLICITOUS BEHAVIOR

Keep in mind, residents, this writer interviewed the late, great Professor Raymond T. McNally, perhaps one of his final interviews ever - at TV3 on 40 Canal Street, where he discussed the true story behind Jekyll and Hyde.  That they were one and the same.  That the bad side, the *Mr Hyde* was actually the true nature of the man in hiding, Dr. Jeeeekyl (not JECK-ell but JEEEE KILL) as the title is a double entendre - *I Kill and Hide.*

My interview with my dear old friend Ray (we go back to the early 70s) is here for those interested https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNurKm0-sqo

THANKS to a powerful City Solicitor like Rumley believing access obsolete, great shows like that have been absent from Medford, even though we pay for that service.

Without a *bodycam* on June 16, 2015 this writer does not have the luxury that a Michael A. Coates has of having caught LeBert on camera.    Where Solicitor Rumley will falsely say there is no evidence in the case against temperamental city clerk Ed Finn, Rumley forgets that Finn - like LeBert - has a history of questionable conduct.   In August of 2013 Finn allegedly ordered his staff NOT to accept petitions for City Council from this citizen.

Think about that for a moment.

Finn has censored my petitions, and most likely many other citizens, to do the bidding of those elected officials Finn sees as important for his own job security, allegedly.

So we keep rubbing the words of Mark Rumley into his face post after post, because lying to a retired judge and the public paying your salary is unprofessional, rude and a reason for Rumley to be removed as City Solicitor:

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”

City Solicitor Mark E. Rumley / Medford Daily Mercury
on or about Nov. 16, 2008 (quoted from the 2nd Judge Jackson-Thompson hearing) saying:

Well, people, you have to be delusional to swallow that little speech from Rumley at face value paying huge prices to cable tv providers so that Mrs. Vincent Mase - the wife of a former board member of TV3 - cannot have her daughter learn computers because a Julie the Jarhead and Arthur Deluca will drink the Mark Rumley Kool-Aid, that access is *obsolete*

No!  It is reprobate ex board members like Kelleher and DeLuca who are obsolete, and their taunting sneers about access are irrelevant when the fact is that you pay a huge fee and get NOTHING in return. (DeLuca used TV 3 equipment, as others did, and they are angry now and do not want the public to have the access to the equipment their private club once had; that is what that is all about, people.)

Stephen LeBert`s career, such as it was, died for their (McGlynn henchmen`s) sins.  LeBert`s high profile (national) fall is a huge black eye on the Mayor of Medford.

We cannot thank LeBert for death threats - but we CAN thank Michael A. Coates for having the foresight and courage to snare the bully in his dash-cam.

Edward P. Finn attempted to provoke me, just as Matthew Page Lieberman did.  They both failed.

Finn needs to be punished for assaulting a senior citizen.

A City Clerk failed at getting his victim to engage in physical contact.   That the sanctimonious phony Solicitor wants to enable such conduct is not only discouraging, it - combined with the LeBert case - shows a distinct lawlessness and lack of ethics by McGlynn and his henchmen.

Ex football player Edward P. Finn wants the Sanctimonious Solicitor to wash away his crime.  The big bully is a Stephen LeBert type without the dash cam.

Finn is another full-of-himself fraud who throws his weight around without picking on someone his own size, as LeBert did.  Just that fact alone should prove Finn guilty, no matter what lies Rumley conjures up to try to thwart justice.

Who has time to turn on the video when some huge ex-football player is screaming in your face, holding a (metal??) box according to testimony from Breanna Lungo-Koehn, and being argumentative - also according to Council Vice President Breanna Lungo Koehn`s statement to the police.

Lungo-Koehn`s statement to the police clearly identifies that something happened.

Mark Rumley says that there is no evidence., which is preposterous given my statements and Lungo-Koehn`s statement.    Rumley, the individual who failed to rein in TV3 in 2007 and who failed to follow-through on his obligation to the cable subscribers in July of 2014, is standing on thin ice in the credibility department.   Rumley thinks he has credibility because he has a very good imagination.  And Rumley calls us - you and me, people - *delusional* - ridiculing the victims while supporting bad behavior.

A citizen gets assaulted by a government official and they circle the wagons to protect the attacker...until a Michael A. Coates tapes Stephen Lebert.

Without that tape Coates would not stand a chance.   Coates would not stand a chance without that tape!

58 weeks or so ago Mark Rumley said he was dragging Frank Pilleri into a court of law to get answers (theoretically) - but there is no integrity to what Rumley says, and I will be happy to point that out to a clerk magistrate when Rumley does his huffing and puffing, the huge series of incidents where Rumley is less than forthright with the citizens will go to the content of Rumley`s character -including if he ever worked at Somerville Court during city business hours and if he ever used taxpayer funded e mail on a church website, little things like that to show why Rumley is not the best person to be defending the indefensible conduct of Edward P. LeBert who, luckily for Eddy, did not get caught on camera as Stephan Finn did.

It is interchangeable - Officer Jimmy Lee, Officer Miguel Lopez, Officer Stephen LeBert, State Police officer Gerry Clemente, Thomas Doherty ... what about the residents and their rights to be protected from such vulgar individuals?

Edward P. Finn assaulted me; it was felonious assault and battery on a senior citizen. Already I have to file with the Committee on Professional Responsibility for Clerks of the Courts - as a Somerville Court Clerk already started the alleged `fix` by writing down `misdemeanor` against my objections.    Gee, McGlynn disciples seem to be so `lucky` in Somerville District Court, don`t they now?

What that Somerville clerk might have known is that I filed in advance with Judge Maurice Flynn with the laundry list of misdeeds by clerks in his court, and asked for a change of venue.

What the Somerville clerk probably DOES NOT know is that there are those in governmental positions above clerks and above the Committee on Professional Responsibility that are aware of this case.

With slippery McGlynn at the helm one has to cover all their legal bases... the fix allegedly is in, people, and when a City Clerk assaults a senior citizen you residents better ask yourselves, do you want that clerk putting his hands on your votes?

City Clerk Ed Finn reportedly (allegedly) told a former candidate for elected office that one of the candidates for Mayor was going to *lose*

    How would Finn know that?

Yes, there will only be one winner, but - wow - Finn must be The Great Carnac (Johnny Carson as a psychic) to allegedly know the future as well as he allegedly does.    Citizens cannot afford another two years of a McGlynn disciple taking the wrecking ball to our city.   Stephen Lebert is the rule, remember, NOT the exception.

Carnac the Magnificent - Ed Finn

Now maybe Finn has psychic powers, which we doubt, or maybe it was the camera drifting off of candidates and to an empty chair or - even worse - to sleepy-head Freddy Dello Russo Jr. instead of being ON the candidates/councilors speaking - that hit a nerve when Finn overhead this editor speaking to a cameraman (like Mark Rumley responding to email never sent to him, Finn butted in on a conversation that he was not part of.)

When one sees Rumley jump up at a Medford Housing Authority meeting where he has no authority to interject (play Glinda the Good Witch soundbite *Begone...you have no power here...* )    or Finn butting in where he does not belong, and then attacking the messenger, you see the courage it takes to fight city hall.

But you also see that they have an agenda and that they are hiding something and that they are up to no good, these henchmen of McGlynn`s.

It was not even a conversation between Finn and this writer; Finn butted into the conversation and then yelled and chest bumped me a few minutes later, in front of witnesses.

Finn, like Rumley, interjected where they were not even being addressed.   The conflict is so stark you can almost touch it.

Citizens, not only can you fight city hall, you MUST fight City Hall or see Medford fall apart even worse than it is now if in 2016 it falls under the spell of the wicked Stephanie MuccGlynni-Burke, the moocher.

Hats off to Michael A. Coates for having the wisdom to catch the offender, LeBert, in the act.  You did us all a big favor, because the Chief certainly has not done the city any favors not addressing this writer`s 2009 complaint on LeBert.   The Chief only moved on this when LeBert`s pants were down around his ankles and Pat Fiorello`s memorable mantra *the camera don`t lie* got to prove itself very telling.  Very telling and philosophical indeed.

Ed Finn tried to provoke me into a fight. Cool as a cucumber I stood my ground as the bad man, the ex football player, bullied me by yelling into my face and then physically assaulting my person.  The Somerville clerk court got my Fifteen Bucks filing fee, and he writes *misdemeanor* when he knows attacking a man over sixty is felonious assault.

He told me to *hash it out in court.*    I do not think so, we saw what happen last time I was told to hash it out in court.    Clerk Magistrate William G. Farrell committed perjury and lied under oath, only to have Attorney David P. Skerry throw Farrell under the bus by saying to clerk Brian Sullivan of Chelsea Court *But wouldn`t you want to kill him?` removing all doubt that Farrell had lied and that the court system was rigged against the victim.

Fool me once, shame on you.   Fool the citizens twice ....

I am demanding that the court put the proper charge on the application for a criminal complaint - felonious assault and battery against a senior citizen.

Thank You Michael A. Coates for having the videotape of Stephen LeBert flipping out on July 26th; wish you were at the City Council on June 16th to film an ex football player City Clerk assaulting a senior citizen, committing battery on a senior citizen.

Now that individual, Edward P. Finn, wants to touch your votes ...again.   LeBert was suspended, once the application (filed initially on Friday July 24th and again on Monday the 27th, the day after LeBert`s drama queen performance on the July 26 video) is approved, Finn should be suspended.  Not suspending Finn while this case is pending is a travesty.

This writer is taking Edward P. Finn into a court of law.    If the horrific event was on tape Finn would have been suspended.

    Why the double standards?

The answer - McGlynn has an agenda that is not beneficial to the citizens of Medford, and Ed Finn is a big part of McGlynn`s strategy.

Stephen LeBert got caught on camera.  Citizens should not need cameras 24/7 when public servants whack them on the lip, like that poor woman suffered, or when an ex-football player commits assault and battery on a man half his size.

About Jekyll and Hyde
Thirty years ago, Professors Raymond McNally and Radu Florescu co-wrote In Search of Dracula, a successful popular study of Bram Stoker's novel and of the history, geography, and folklore of Prince Vlad Dracula, the model for count Dracula. This work was followed by Florescu's In Search of Frankenstein, a study of Mary Shelly's classic novel and its literary, historical, and scientific background.

Now McNally and Florescu complete the trilogy of commentaries on horror classics with In Search of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. In this fascinating, well-researched narrative, the authors outline the history of William Deacon Brodie, a successful Edinburgh tradesman who, by night, had a second life as a thief and carouser. Brodie, who ultimately hanged for his crimes-despite a near-successful escape and an ingenious scheme to cheat the gallows-fascinated Robert Louis Stevenson, who heard the story from his childhood nurse.
