RE: Charter Review, Adam Knight's bizarre behavior


Dear Honorable Councilor Lungo-Koehn:


I am requesting that the City Council of Medford take the proper steps to investigate Adam Knight for the following reasons:

1)Mr. Knight's belligerent behavior towards "Charter Review" - as evidenced by the City Council DVD of March 8, 2016, is not public service; it is not even good debate.  Mr. Knight was being an obstructionist falsely taking a position that signatures for charter review trump a home rule petition.

Why did Knight not take the same position for the undeserved pay raise
he helped ram through?

2)Knight eavesdropped on a phone conversation that I had outside of Alden Chambers that evening, and pointed his finger at me in a threatening manner, yelled that he was going to call the police, bullying and creepy elder abuse and possible witness intimidation.  I intend to file against Mr. Knight with the Mass. Commission Against Discrimination and pursue other legal avenues.  

This kind of wrongful conduct by a councilor was typical of Knight's good friend Paul Camuso, and is documented by ex-TV3 board member Matthew Page Lieberman. That Knight associates with such reprobates speaks volumes.

3)That Knight works for Labor and Workforce Development means that Adam Knight should BE HELD TO THE HIGHEST OF STANDARDS

The vindictive, shockingly low standards that Mr. Knight has displayed in public, and his connection to an individual who abused my home where there is a clear NO TRESPASSING sign, are reasons why the city council needs to police itself when it comes to the antics of Knight and Frederick N. Dello Russo, Jr.

I do not feel safe at the City Council after being threatened by Mr. Knight and his violent finger pointing immediately after I spoke to the citizens of Medford about Knight's lack of motions, resolutions and orders as a councilor and, as stated in the past, Adam Knight's insufferable use of the council seat to campaign by congratulating his friends and associates, including the reprobates at Teamsters Local 25.

Before the narrative, let us look at the facts:

A)Knight is close to Sean O'Brien


O'Brien issued his threats at a campaign event for the incumbents, declaring that Local 251 head Joe Bairos was "one of his closest allies" and that anyone running against him would have a "major problem" after the election and would "need to be punished."

O'Brien's threats violate the Teamster Constitution and federal law (the Landrum Griffin Act), which makes it illegal to threaten to retaliate against members for exercising their union rights.

In addition to being an International Vice President, O'Brien is the President of New England Joint Council 10 and the head of the UPS and Freight grievance panels.

B)Knight is close to Matthew Page Lieberman, an individual so disruptive and vicious that he:

a)was removed from the board of directors of TV3 Medford.
Groucho Marx famously said "I don't care to belong to any club that will have me as a member".  It seems the disgraced TV3 really took that
to heart, didn't they?  To get bounced out of a station shut down over allegations of racism, AFTER


b)Page-Lieberman allegedly told a minority woman to fill up her "car with carbon monoxide" and kill herself (because she had the good sense not to date him, purportedly) speaks more volumes about Knight's poor choice of associates - it's just disgusting.

Mr. Knight is not dealing with a full deck.  He displayed a

temper that was chilling on March 8th and this senior citizen has often been victimized at the council, on camera, with Knight walking out of the room, tearing up paper to be disruptive during a council meeting, interrupting with bogus "point of information" interjections, and not paying attention to city business.


Knight is unpopular around Medford. People know the union rammed the reprobate onto the council, and many citizens wonder if the votes for Knight were even legitimate.  Seeing his behavior, his lack of effort, and his penchant for disruption, along with his ugly associates, it is essential that the city council of Medford police itself by removing the thug and issuing sanctions including but not limited to permanent removal from the City Council of Medford.



NARRATIVE:

I phoned the police at 5:24 pm March 10, 2016 as two commercial vehicles from the RP Farina Company (of Everett, Watertown, etc) were parked on the sidewalk.  A fellow, "xxxx," of  xxx  xxxxxxx Ave, is purportedly a close friend of Adam Knight's.  A Knight bumper sticker is on one of the vehicles. I have over a dozen photos spanning the past 2 months.

The police informed me that they have been TAGGING those vehicles.


So what company would accrue multiple fines and not be concerned about it?

A company that may have a friend at City Hall who may be squashing the tickets.

Finally, after I posted the photos on my blog and wrote to Chief Sacco and the proprietor, I heard the trucks "peel out" in a loud manner.

Now, at 12:55 am, residents can - and are - utilizing their spaces that were taken up by a commercial company that isn't even a Medford business, that we know of.

THREE HUGE TRUCKS have been taking up our parking spaces - one is gargantuan - and it is an ugly eyesore, they DENY residents the right to walk on the sidewalk, they sometimes face the wrong direction, and multiple residents have been furious about this abuse of our street.

Adam Knight is the friend, as Mr. Knight told me, of the individual at xxxxxx Ave, and Adam Knight should know better than to abuse his position as a city councilor.

In February of 2014 one of the RP Farina roofing trucks plowed snow into my driveway three times in a 24 hour period to criminally harass a senior citizen.

This is not fair.  Adam Knight bragged about being friends with the individual who allegedly works for RP Farina.

Adam Knight must be removed from the council, sanctions must be placed on him, and the Trojan Horse from Local 25 needs to be banned forever from holding elected position in the city of Medford.  The reason being: some citizens question all the outside money that went into Knight's campaign and that he doesn't have Medford's best interests at heart. The stupidity surrounding his objection to the home rule petition for charter review merely one case in point.

Adam Knight needs to be subjected to a NO CONFIDENCE VOTE and then removed in order for Medford to start healing from his incessant wrongful conduct.
