September 4, 2009 the Medford Transcript published my essay on the expensive Judge Jackson-Thompson review of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. The Mayor did another "dog and pony" show to distract the residents from the fact that McGlynn used MCC TV3 to bully the residents and keep free speech off of the airwaves.

In November of 2008 Mark Rumley said this directly to Judge Jackson-Thompson, all the while cable tv subscribers were kept off of the airwaves and monies continued to go unaccounted for, along with meeting minutes - and programming.

“The one sentiment that I have heard that I take great exception to is that the city is trying to limit speech,” said Rumley. “The notion the city would censor or squelch free speech is baseless and as city solicitor I would find any such effort repugnant.”
