Public Discourse

This column is about public people

A spotlight on City Government.

Our lampoons, called "delusional," are just that.

If people take the lampoons out of context, they shouldn't.

This magazine is here to BENEFIT the people of Medford.

We need to know about bomb sniffing dogs at the school and if they were improperly removed by a city official or city officials.

To take a water pistol comment out of context to hide the allegation that bomb sniffing dogs were removed putting children, teachers and seniors in jeopardy, is a dereliction of duty and every single government official engaging in dereliction of duty and/or a cover up should be removed and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

City officials coming after the messenger and blowing things out of proportion is ridiculous.

And says to the logical mind that we hit a nerve and that they are hiding something.

This city needs conversation and we have no TV3 to have a conversation on.

That was intentional.

Ever ask yourself why a city official doesn't just have a sit down and say "lighten up on the lampoons?"

Because they don't want to serve the public they took an oath to serve.

You should be ashamed of the childish and immature behavior of vindictive officials who think they are in the middle ages and can execute citizens who ask questions about city government.

The more they come after me, the more they prove that I am 1000 percent correct.

My lampoons are essential for the city of Medford.

The Police Department has not helped me at all when it comes to the attacks on my religion, on my family, on my home, on my friends and relatives.

The vulgarity with which city hall allowed me to be defamed over the past ten years is chilling.

A Right Lost to One is Lost to All

William Reece Smith, Jr.

I have no civil rights in Medford.

I have been harassed, abused and a few city officials do it with malice, with glee and do it for sport.

It is sick.   Free speech in our free society is important.

The police determined on two occasions that I was the sole victim.  Then the mayor made them change their tune.

That's not public safety. That's the criminal harassment this city and the city officials have exacted on the victim, because that victim happens to be a darn good journalist exposing them for exactly what they are.

The truth will come out.  I hope to God I'm still alive to see them frog marched out of city hall, and the few bad cops that have infected 100 Main Street arrested and charged with crimes against the citizens of Medford.

Marian Ryan should be ashamed of herself. But she's not.  She's part of a corrupt political machine that doesn't want anyone to read the truth.

I have been victimized for years, and the office of the District Attorney turns a blind eye to criminals at TV3 Medford.

Think about it.  Thirty Eight Thousand Dollars is not accounted for, so let's make up stories about the messenger.  Let's go after the guy who is helping his community.

"Quality policing through community involvement?"  They should put that picture in a frame in Leo A. Sacco Jr.'s jail cell and let him read it for the next 20 years, because Sacco knows all about frames and framing.
