Chief Sacco calls Robert A. Maiocco's threat with a dirty metal pipe "inappropriate," yet while a suit against Trump for similar behavior moves forward, the Wells Fargo alleged fraud Maicco still walks around not charged for something the Chief even ACKNOWLEDGED

So while Solicitor Rumley and Chief Sacco turn a blind eye to language inciting violence and focus on smearing victims, the thugs in city government who have gotten away with it feel empowered.
