CLAIMED BY THE BOSTON GLOBE TO BE BOCCI PARTNER OF DISGRACED COVELLE
GMAC Mortgage Corp. is accusing seven laid-off New Hampshire-based loan officers of stealing its database and stationery to lure customers to the Londonderry-based Schaefer Mortgage Corp.
GMAC filed the suit last month in U.S. District Court in Concord. It names Schaefer Mortgage, John Gaglia, the former district manager for GMAC, who resides in Concord, and loan officers Tim Amsdel of Manchester, Rich Boisvert of Merrimack, Denise Johnson of Merrimack, Jack Pelletier of Concord, Sam Pirri of Malden, Mass (NOW AT MEDFORD HOUSING AUTHORITY...ed.)
