Improving Medford,
Making Medford a Positive, Wonderful place to live

By Joe Viglione

We are going to make Medford be a better place. We are going to make Medford work for everyone, not just for those who have entrenched themselves like an out-of-control 501c3.

What must visitors think of this once great city? Imagine being from another state, taking the exit off of Rte 93 and your tires hitting pothole after pothole?

Life should be better than that, especially with taxes going up, water and sewer out of control, and unresponsive politicians who would rather ridicule and harass than show a little respect for those of us who care about the city where we live.

It's time to improve Medford.  The School Committee has two new faces and at least one of them, maybe both, will not be under Van der Kloot's spell.  And that's a good thing.  Maybe the majority has just swung to the right side, and maybe in 2 years the council and the corner office will follow.

Let us prepare for a better Medford, and let us hold each elected official to their oath of office.
