Cable Advisory Meeting Dear Jenn Dever Wood!!!!!

1,212,142 @ 6:08 am

Why isn't the Cable Advisory Meeting listed weeks in advance on the city website like other events are?

This is a LENGTHY e mail.  The state of access TV in Medford is forever in limbo. That is unacceptable.

Had the Mayor put three veterans of access in Medford on a panel we would have access TV today.

Mayor Burke simply wants to continue the Mayor McGlynn policy of no access TV, difficult access TV,
limiting free speech, having a city solicitor lie about it repeatedly, it's a disgrace.

let those who have ears hear:

Cable Advisory Board meeting
When Thu, June 28, 6pm – 7pm
Where Room 201, Medford City Hall, 85 George P. Hassett

TO: Chair Jay Campbell

From: Joe Viglione

Date: June 26, 2018  3:55 pm
RE: Speaking at Board meeting; videotaping Facebook Live

Dear Mr. Campbell:

I wish to speak at the Advisory board meeting June 28

I also plan on taping Facebook live IF the signal is available; if not I will tape to my iPhone

In the past Jay Campbell and Yvette Wilks have interrupted me while speaking. Grow up. This is a free speech platform. We live in America, not Moscow, not Havana.  Any interruptions will be cause for filing a violation or violations of the Open Meeting Law.   Let the public speak without interruption.
_______________________________________________________________

Respectfully I request that Yvette Wilks take the meeting seriously and show up on time.
I also respectfully request that my friend Yvette not get into a hissing contest with the public
regarding the satellite station.  I brought the satellite idea up to the Medford City Council years ago.
Just because Yvete and Jay Campbell want to hit some delusional "reset" button and act like the ugly
MCC TV3 past with its racism and homophobia and sexual harassment didn't exist and that these individuals want to "start fresh" does NOT heal the wounds of those of us physically assaulted, stalked, harassed and
DENIED the free speech platform we pay for.  Grow up, Yvette.  And shame on you.

There WAS the fight for access TV before Mayor Burke appointed this tribunal.  There are relevant people
more qualified to take this Cable Advisory Board seriously, who show up on time, who videotape, and who know the past history of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.

"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."
The quote is most likely due to writer and philosopher George Santayana

Insulting behavior by the Advisory Board is not "moving access forward."  From the meetings that I have attended, the last two having only myself in attendance and then myself and Miranda Wilson of the Medford Transcript, it has been amateur hour:

a)praise of Ben Brown who abandoned ship

b)the chair of the Advisory Board, Jay Campbell, contemplating an alleged infomercial for his real estate business

c)no understanding of Medford's ugly cable TV past, the missing monies, the failure to do outreach, the failure to facilitate local programming

d)these current meetings popping up on the city website short notice.  How unprofessional, what a failure to do "outreach" - what are you hiding?  Why do you leave it to me to get the time and date out on my popular magazine and popular Facebook page?

FACT IS, THESE THREE PEOPLE DON'T WANT THE PUBLIC SHOWING UP AND SCRUTINIZING THEIR INABILITY TO MOVE ACCESS FORWARD.   WHY AREN'T THESE MEETINGS LISTED ON THE CITY WEBSITE WEEKS IN ADVANCE?

What this professional has seen from this Cable Advisory Board since March is hubris, lack of knowledge of Medford access television, and unprofessional conduct - Ms. Follet-Sumney having to advise the chair that he didn't vote on a matter before moving on; this mayor, Muccini-Burke, letting her friends, her hacks, learn-by-doing is EXACTLY why we could end up like Somerville Media Center with open beer in an edit suite, a social butterfly instead of social media director, and a board member with a dirty mouth while the station charges parents allegedly $200.00 each child to expose their kids to a Youth Media teacher allegedly with a mouth of a construction worker.
*Or Winchester's WinCAM where the Executive Director was so paranoid about his job he got rid of ALL volunteers who didn't live or work in Winchester when for years it was open to surrounding communities, a complicit board of directors (Alan Ayden - like Medford's David Skerry, one of the founding board members, Peter Pongratz and Melodie Wing - three board members allergic to term limits, much like Medford.)

This producer - a long-time member at stations where not one complaint has ever had to be filed - stations - plural - tired of seeing cable subscriber fees exploited because of "turf wars" like Somerville, Winchester, Medford, where the franchise fee is abused and small-minded people protecting their paychecks take precedent over hard-working members who are financially abused twice: 1) with the franchise fee, and then 2) with a fee to join the station.

In Winchester Anthony Gaimari is such a hack  - hired by his roommate with no resume' - no experience - SUCH A HACK THAT HE would tell members to "Go to Google" because Gaimari didn't have the knowledge to instruct members,  and Executive Director David Gauthier just as clueless and stupid.

So is Medford going to follow in these footsteps.

Buffoon Jay Campbell with his "golly gee, this is so exciting, this is so good, Ben Brown was wonderful" -
what an insipid moron.  Cable TV subscribers DESERVE better for their money than some suck-up to Muccini-Burke acting like he's in 9th grade and full of himself that he's on a board he's incapable of being the chair of.

Damn, Medford residents get ripped off by these mayors, our pockets picked, our access TV spit upon repeatedly.

WinCAM - like Mark Rumley on steroids - wanted no free speech, the TV faux President, Melodie Wing, channeling Frank Pilleri of Medford when, during a board meeting, she told me having John Byers on the air was "the worst access" she had ever seen (She wasn't attacking my friend Mr. Byers per se, she didn't like that my show is a "radio show" on TV - Visual radio; and, of course, a president getting "Producer of the Year" from the inept Executive Director was jealous of many volunteers, obviously.)  So, during the board meeting here's what I said to good old Attorney Mel:

"Melodie, you know I love you, but when I was told I would win Producer of the Year a second time in a row, I recused myself from ALL awards in 2011, and a teenager won producer of the year. I like to share the wealth.
But you, a president, winning an award, is not very charitable." (paraphrased.)

Her jaw dropped.

"And by the way, if I wanted to film an ice cube melting on access TV, it is my show. I can do as I please"

Ms. Wing wants to control ALL PROGRAMMING in Winchester so that it meets her standards.

That is NOT access TV, and her controversial firing of individuals rubbed Winchester members the wrong way.

Peter Pongratz chirps: "Joe is right, he can film an ice cube melting."

Then Peter turned to me  "But you're not going to air that (an ice cube melting,) are you?"

Joe V: "Peter, do you hear yourself?"    (the clown admits I can put an ice cube melting on the air, but not on HIS station, and therein lies the problem with Winchester, with Somerville, with Medford...controlled speech and bullying to remove people who have a clue.)

In Winchester, like Medford, they think they are NBC and want to control the content.  How hideous.
__________________________________________________________
And now Jay Campbell and Yvette don't like the public talking, Yvette shows up late, they fall all over themselves, the public be damned.

Guess what?  I care about the PUBLIC

Joe V has invested thousands of hours in helping the public.  This trio can't show up on time, talk about doing their own shows, what a travesty.  More nonsense that would disqualify these individuals in a sane world where you don't have as issuing authority a paranoid mayor and city officials who serve themselves, not the public.

As for Anthony Gaimari at WinCAM - and I will repeat this in my letter to Jenn Dever Wood - read this incident to see how cable subscribers and members in Winchester were ripped off:

Anthony: "What did you tell the Exec Director about me?"

Joe V (and it was confidential, but the E.D. is clueless and alerted his robot) "That you aren't ready for prime time."

Then, removing all doubt, Anthony Gaimari looked at me puzzled and said "What's prime time?"

Your Honor, I rest my case.

So I named my newsletter PRIME TIME, passed it around on Town Day, and station president for life Melodie Wing, who allegedly attends my church, well, her Mt Vesuvius meltdown wasn't very Christian...strike that...very CHARITABLE... ooops, certainly don't want one of our city solicitors representing her in a religious discrimination suit against this objective reporter...even if the facts speak for themselves.

Access is very simple, Medford.  Hire me to handle it and we'll actually have free speech!

Oh my God, can't have someone who knows what he is doing; we need full of herself Yvette Wilks to stonewall and delay things for Her Highness, Mayor Burke.

Ha, Jeanine, Jenn, your orders for the hiring of a station manager allegedly are to find someone to obey the mayor and find someone who will serve the government channel and allow the educational channel to get all the time and money, public access be damned.

I'm the most qualified person in the city to be E.D., with the most experience, and with the most passion.

But Medford never wanted access TV, and certainly doesn't want it now.

Subject: RE: Jenn Dever Wood letter / Resume / Station Manager

Jenn Dever Wood
Chief of Staff
City Hall, Room 202
Medford, MA 02155

Dear Ms. Dever Wood:

Thank you for your correspondence dated June 19, 2018 regarding the position of station manager of Medford Community Media.

Please read this letter very carefully.

I respectfully submit that the "requirements for the position" for the city of Medford's access station are
inadequate and - if Medford City Hall stays on this same path - it will result in another 23 months of "moving forward"  as Lisa Evangelista erroneously claimed was happening July 14, 2016 in the MPS Advantage blog
( http://www.mpsadvantage.education/2016/07/14/medfords-cable-access-tv-station-moving-forward/.)

That fictional idea was reiterated by the rudderless Cable Advisory Board June 12, 2018 in the pages of the Medford Transcript

"But the Medford Cable Advisory Board members want the public to know that despite MCM getting off to a slow start, the station is up and running and the board is moving forward."   http://medford.wickedlocal.com/news/20180612/despite-lack-of-staff-medford-community-media-hopes-to-make-progress

Right.

Joe Viglione is one of the few connecting these dots; is unarguably the only individual steadfast and serious about cable access television and the IMPORTANCE of two key elements to ensure the free speech platform Medford cable subscribers pay for:

---the facilitation of programming

---outreach to the community

____________________________________________________________

Evidence of my legitimate claims regarding access television oh so easy to find - that evidence being the disastrous past six hires:

Manager Steve Klooney, manager Steve Marra, manager Jason "Help me put a tripod together" Salzarulo,
manager Dawn Natalia, manager Dan Sarno and manager Ben Brown.    Six bad managers in a row!
Can Gabby, Jay and Yvette go for 7 and outdo themselves with another charlatan???

Of course they can!

Some history Mr. Campbell doesn't want to hear:

---the failure of manager Steve Klooney and his assistant Alex operating the station in the 1990s.  Please ask Solicitor Rumley about their performance.

---after allegedly locking Steve and Alex out of the station - please find out for us why, the replacement, Steve Marra, liberally used the "n" word, the words "fag" and "spade," often belittled anyone within earshot that his religious beliefs were superior to station members, board members, other staffers, and the office often had disgusting odors either from Marra's gluttony (pizza boxes, Chinese food wrappers, stacked in the trash emitting smells) or  Marra's own poor hygiene horrifying guests entering the station.  It was beyond disgusting.  In a public space so that the public, ostensibly, could create in a clean atmosphere, hassle free.

---then the loss of 40 Canal Street, allegations that the president of the station exploded at the landlord -- and allegedly, when Mark Rumley couldn't or wouldn't bring enough board members to remove the allegedly fraudulent board in 2008, two more landlords allegedly were exposed to TV3's juvenile nonsense.  5 High Street and then Riverside Ave.

Mr. Rumley's failure to rein in Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. was a huge black eye on the city.

The temperamental president of TV3 appears to have installed himself by fraudulently claiming former board members, including his own son who happened to be in Los Angeles, not Medford, had voted him in.

They did not.  A 501c3 held hostage for over a decade by sleight of hand and dishonesty.

The president used monies designated for access to sue this writer, in part for allegations of perjury noted
by the filing of the fraudulent document.   The phony board members who were no longer board members allegedly voting for a charlatan who did much damage to the community.

Over One Hundred Thousand Dollars spent on lawsuits after Mark Rumley failed to take my advice and ensure enough board members could keep the phony "president" from shutting down a city-wide election scheduled for January 2008.  Rumley didn't listen, and phoned me after the board meeting that I was right.

That failure by the solicitor to protect the interests of cable TV subscribers cost the city greatly.

Frank Pilleri used monies from "MCC" (he was mumbling on the witness stand, embarrassed at having to answer my lawyer's question until asked twice WHERE THE MONIES FOR THE LAWSUITS CAME FROM ) - the judge, Timothy Gailey, noting the "assertion of perjury was not proved to be false."  In other words, the board of directors led by a phony president had lied under oath.

Oh, and Mr. Pilleri's lawsuit alleging that I broke up his marriage also got thrown out of court.  Look, if he had a crush on me and it ruined his marriage, don't blame the alleged "object of his affection" (great book, "The Object of My Affection," have interviewed that author too!) and waste cable TV subscriber monies on suing the guy that didn't return his/those alleged ...ahem ...affections...
____________________________________________________

Fast forward from 2008 to 2018, Mayor Stephanie Muccini-Burke puts her pal Jay Campbell onto a Cable Advisory Board along with Gabby Follett-Sumney and Yvette Wilks.  I respectfully submit that these individuals are as woefully insufficient for this purpose as the board of directors of MCC TV3.

My videos of Cable Advisory Board meetings provide evidence that not only is Mr. Campbell uneducated in the ways of access TV - but Mr. Campbell is "not ready for prime time" being the "chair" of ANY committee, especially one like a Cable Advisory Board given Medford's past history with such entities.

Mayor McGlynn kept a dead man on the advisory board for years, finally upsetting Bob Skerry by not even taking their advice! or - and this is what really upset my old friend Bob Skerry, whose initials are B.S., but we say that lovingly: McGlynn didn't even keep Bob Skerry, Ron Giovino, Richard Trotta and the gang in the loop!

Do Gabby, Yvette and Jay think Burke is actually listening to them or is Stephanie keeping them around the way some eccentric aristocrat blows kisses to her chihuahua?   That's a rhetorical question, so don't bother responding/defending yourselves.   File under: Stephanie's three chihuahuas!

It's very, very much like  the Anthony Gaimari example above from Winchester Community Access - a hack hire who would have members "go to Google" because he had no idea what the heck he was doing; no training or experience in access TV, hired only because he's a good "yes" man.

Anthony Gaimari at WinCAM (paraphrased) "What did you tell the Executive Director about me?"

Joe Viglione: "Anthony, I told him that you aren't ready for prime time."

Anthony Gaimari: "What's prime time?"

The station was so angry with me for shining a light on their failings that they changed the by-laws and didn't allow people from outside Winchester to join the station.  They even mailed a check for membership back to former city councilor Robert M. Penta with no note that they weren't allowing non-Winchester residents in.

THIS E MAIL IS MOST IMPORTANT, AND IS NOT A JOKE.

As Donald Trump concocts fiction he passes off as fact, Medford Community  Media is doing what Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. would do, they just make it up.

Jay Campbell on the sinking ship saying "this is so exciting, this is so good, Ben Brown did a great job" (paraphrased) when the reality is that experts on access television in Medford, the "grandfathers of access" - Joe Fortxxxx, Chris Donxxxx, Joe Viglione - all listing Mr. Brown's performance failures.  Campbell is in denial, or doing Stephanie's bidding, or both.

The result is that there were only 25 members at the Medford Community Media station, Brown a disaster at outreach and the facilitation of programming, the two key points needed to have a station blossom, jumps ship.

I asked Yvette and the gang how many people had joined the station under Ben Brown and they did not know, see the videotape.  They don't even know the pertinent things about the PRESENT bad situation, and don't want to know about the ugly, ugly past.   So this is how we "move forward?"

Hire me, Jeanine.  For when you do your husband won't talk to you for a month, and you can send me a Thank you note when he doesn't!  Silence is, indeed, golden in that instance, but not in regards to access TV dead air, which we have in Medford.

But what do I know, my first cable TV show was in 1979, one of my two directors now in Los Angeles as one of the top executives at HBO.   My own experience prior to hosting access, in 1971 when I was Features Editor of the high school newspaper, The Chronicle, meeting the Maysles Brothers (directors of films on The Beatles and The Rolling Stones)  at sixteen years of age, meeting Alfred Hitchcock for a story in my own self-published magazine shortly after that.   I started my own magazine, Varulven, in 1969 when I was 15 years of age.  In 1976 Varulven became a record label representing the key producer for the Rolling Stones, Jimmy Miller, who relocated to Medford thanks to my representation, living here in 1986 and 1987. See the Medford Transcript article that I wrote about that historic moment in Medford history.

Varulven Magazine, only 500 copies published, featured another writer - Jimmy Miller - (not the Stones producer, another individual with the same name and still a close friend) who interviewed film star Ilona Massey  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilona_Massey  (Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman, Heaven on Earth, etc.) - the article/interview from my little magazine noted in the DVD commentary of Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman, referenced in the book "It's Alive" - these contributions to films and books generated by my early work with my own magazine and with the high school newspaper benefiting Medford when I interviewed at 40 Canal Street/TV3 Ray Manzarek from The Doors, Suzanne Vega, Bill Press (CNN's Crossfire, currently on Sirius/XM,) Bobby "Sunny" Hebb and notables that enhanced Medford Community Cablevision's reputation.

So they attacked me.

The "issuing authority" at Medford City Hall, from Michael J. McGlynn's decisions over 28 years, and Stephanie Muccini-Burke's ideas for the past few, have been disastrous for the cable subscribers

So let's look at the hiring practices of Medford City Hall and/or its hand picked 501c3:

1)Steve Klooney, doors allegedly locked, cloud of suspicion when he left
2)Steve Marra - a bully who used the "n" word, harassed the late Pat Fiorello, harassed me, just a horrible experience for members of the station, of which there were very few.

3)Jason Salzarulo - allegedly left the room crying because he couldn't put a tripod together
4)Dawn Natalia, some loon from Foster R.I. whose only access TV experience was producing one show for her husband on Worcester cable TV

5)Dan Sarno, a malicious, unqualified, harassing juvenile who spent more time belittling the public, including an autistic man, than doing the job the community needed.  Installed as a "scarecrow" to keep people out.

6)Ben Brown.  I warned the city council NOT to let Brown buy the equipment for the Government channel,
and Ben bailed on Friday the 13th, April.   Told you so!

Jay Campbell, Yvette Wilks and Gabby Follet Sumney want to hit the RESET button, as TV3 often did, because the current station is exactly in the situation that MCC TV3 exacted on the community.

Incompetence.  Bullying.  Nonsense.  NO ACCESS TV

I submit that Campbell, Wilks and Follet-Sumney are similar to Mayor McGlynn's tribunal of Allison Goldsberry, Rev. Chip Hines and Fred Laskey, six nice people who don't know what the hell they are doing when it comes to Medford's needs vis-a-vis access television.

All have one thing in common: they are part of the circle of whichever mayor is in power; it is the "hack" mentality, Jenn Dever Wood, and - all due respect - it is my understanding that your hiring was due to connections rather than the proverbial "worldwide search  (your hiring after I broke the story on Atty Teresa Walsh being  allegedly frog-marched out of city hall as efficiently as Steve Klooney was allegedly locked out of TV3.  Notice a pattern? Oh, I'm sorry, they RESIGNED! - right!!!!)

As a man with experience spanning FORTY YEARS in radio, THIRTY NINE years hosting / producing public access, writing approximately 5,000 articles for the prestigious AllMusic.com, being published in multiple books, winning awards in film, radio and access TV http://joeviglione.com/   publishing 17,856 posts on a blog that gives Medford residents the facts about city hall, 1,210,787 page views at 9:00 am June 24, 2018 exactly - certainly more "outreach" than Lisa Evangelista gets with her blog that costs us, what, Eighty Thousand Dollars or so a year, my position at North American Media as Director of Research - co-scripting the PBS special on actor Paul Sorvino ("Daddy's Little Girl" aired on Hard Copy,) writing the business letters / business plans for our TV specials on Sorvino, mezzo soprano Marilyn Horne (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marilyn_Horne) as well as documentaries that didn't materialize (the Four Seasons, the Jefferson Starship - though I did produce and direct a film, now out worldwide on Music Video Distributors, a documentary on the lead singer of the Jefferson Airplane, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame artist Marty Balin, see Joe Viglione dot com) I submit that no one in Medford has my life experience and my ability to negotiate contracts (along with the Balin deal I negotiated with Motown Records, 1986, New Rose/RCA Records, New Rose Musidisc, dealings with Epic/Sony, Universal Music Group, Warner Bros, the only three major labels left in the universe)

It is safe to say that I have more experience in access television than any person in Medford, and there is no argument on this.

It is also safe to say I am the most passionate person regarding access.  I have the knowledge, experience, passion, and we in Medford have no access TV because I happened to vote for Bob Penta and that excludes me from the poor choices that Mayor Burke wants to make for her own self-serving PRIVATE ACCESS purposes, censorship in place so as not to help our community.

Steve Klooney

Racist Steve Marra - and that is no allegation - racist Steve Marra operating the station, appearing as a co-host of a TV show that celebrated a convicted rapist; the producer/host of that show arrested for allegations of a false bomb threat, allegations of giving a minor alcohol in Provincetown, and the subject of allegations of a child porn ring in Medford that may have used MCC TV3 equipment.  See Mark Rumley's correspondence to the Secretary of State regarding that.

MCC TV3 "president" Frank Pilleri allegedly having a blow-out with the landlord at 40 Canal Street, as surely as he had a blow-out with Paul Gerety over the TV3 van (I was there!)

Paul Gerety and Frank Pilleri screaming like street thugs at each other in 2002.  And Mr. Gerety is on the Chapter 74 board after the temperamental individual couldn't control himself at 40 Canal Street.  Yelling, screaming, being disruptive and allegedly more that I will not put into print.

2004 resurrection of the bad station, the hiring of Jason Salzarulo, who allegedly ran out of the room crying that he couldn't put a TRIPOD together.  Nice kid later hired by BNN Boston Neighborhood Network, but axed quickly when it seems he couldn't perform there, allegedly, as well.

Dawn Natalia arrives.  It took a court case to find out her ONLY experience in Access TV was producing one segment of a cooking show for her husband at Worcester Access Television.  She was a disaster who used our monies to sue this writer, and she, of course, lost in court.  She went to Westborough TV and they  threw her out within four months realizing what a charlatan she was.

Dan Sarno replaced Natalia. Used TV3 monies to:

a)steal my name, Community Media Medford, filing at Medford City Hall fraudulently to hack my YouTube channel and websites. A board of directors is supposed to create a new company, not a "station manager"

b)Sarno filed against me in court.  I won the case; Sarno defaulted and had to stay away from me and my home

Then I worked with Bob Penta and Doreen Wade and we finally shut down TV3 Medford.

Muccini-Burke comes in, hires Ben Brown, and - this is getting redundant, isn't it,

Joe Vig can brag again, bragging rights that: I TOLD YOU SO!

_________________________________________________________________

Look at the Medford City Council tapes. I create a YouTube channel, Community Media Medford, the mayor steals my name, takes Medford and puts it in front of Community Media.

The sincerest form of flattery.

Jay Campbell doesn't want to know about the bad history of TV3.  Those who don't know their history are doomed to repeat it.

Jenn Dever Wood, I'm not someone with connections, as you are.  And you are probably very smart and qualified for your job; it's just the way you allegedly got it that I question.

Medford has a bad history of hires when it comes to TV3 and community media.  Mark Rumley is another person who is still lacking in the ability - or desire - to uphold the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Even Frank Pilleri had to endorse me during the first meeting of the Cable Advisory Board back in March 2018

I am the guy, Ms. Dever Wood, that can make access TV a reality in Medford.

As Executive Director, not station manager.  Mayor Muccini-Burke doesn't even know WHAT POSITION to hire first, let alone WHO to hire.

Mistake after mistake after mistake by Mayor McGlynn and Mayor Burke.

Had TV3 hired me in 2004/2005, we would have a flourishing access TV station.

Look at the waste of community resources because City Hall hates/loathes access television, and wants
unqualified people like Jay Campbell steering the ship.

Oh my God, what a disaster.

You want real help?  Or do I have to go to the EEOC and "press charges" (oops..file a legitimate complaint)  against Medford City Hall for intentionally failing to hire the people with the experience to right the ship.

I've been stalked, slugged, sued, besmirched and terrorized.

And I'm still standing.

That alone should tell you that the persistence and knowledge I have can benefit Medford.

Do you want to benefit Medford, Jenn Dever Wood, or does hack hiring trump life experience?   Is putting a question mark at the end of the statement an error?

The word "trump" not intentional, but I'll take it as a subconscious intentional.  Because my old friend
Stephanie Muccini-Burke's idea of access TV is as functional as Donald Trump removing children from their parents.  It serves the community no purpose; it simply serves the mayor from hearing and seeing any criticism on a platform designed for free speech and freedom of the press.

Trump removes kids; the Muccini-Burke Administration refuses to prosecute the producer of a floppy disc with images alleged to be of a 15 year old boy engaged in sexual activity, allegedly (see Rumley "report" to Secretary of State on THAT ugly episode of Access TV in Medford.)

City Hall loves to sweep things under the rug.

Meanwhile:

Joe Vig brings you Jodie Foster  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZnGfHKRZ9g

And Jodie Foster is banned from Access in Medford because she appeared on my show.

TV3 brings you Dirty Talk Live

The choice is yours, Jenn, but I guess we will be seeing each other in court, not at Access TV, and that
is just another bad choice if you, indeed, choose to go down that ugly path and not hire the only guy with a plan, with the vision, with the life experience.

I'm ready to do battle, or ready to facilitate programming and do real outreach.

The choice is yours, Jenn!

Let's make peace and be on the same team.

I DO appreciate you allowing me to tape at City Hall.  I actually also appreciate how you conduct yourself.

And you KNOW I'm not buttering you up.  See my etchings on the city solicitor if you doubt that for a moment.

I can make Medford TV happen in a beautiful and wonderful way.

The sole proposal Mayor McGlynn received was from yours truly when he claimed, falsely, that he wanted a public access station.   McGlynn appears to be pulling Muccini-Burke's puppet strings.  Stephanie Muccini-Pinocchio does not want access TV.

The public does.  And the public should get what it pays for.

Respectfully,

Joe Viglione
Executive Director
Community Media Medford
