GIMME SHELTER - the Rolling Stones

In 1971 I was able to attend a film premiere for the Rolling Stones Gimme Shelter at the Charles St. Cinema across from the notorious gay bar, Sporters.  Being 16 at the time, I had no idea what Sporters was; nor any thought that in 12 years, 1983, that I would be representing the producer of the Rolling Stones who made their recordings during this Gimme Shelter era, including the song, Gimme Shelter.

Jimmy Miller and his wife and child all lived behind Breanna Lungo Koehn's current office 1986/1987, flew them in from London.  They have all passed away since, but - yes - I'm the guy who brought the Producer of the Rolling Stones to Medford...15 years after meeting the legendary Maysles Brothers
