Is Caraviello indulging in criminal behavior to harass the man he lost to in a court of law?

 We know Caraviello intimidates at the city council, that's verified fact.

For example, Caraviello interfered in Facebook live tapings, Caraviello OVERSTEPPED his authority not allowing one reporter to sit at the desk, though he has written for Gatehouse Media, but he allows a young, nice kid, but hack of a typist who would NEVER investigate that fat ass that stuck the knife in Michael Marks' back to be a phony Council President.

Caraviello is as stupid as he is criminal, and that is not an allegation.  Caraviello criminally lied to the Medford Police department, made a spectacle out of himself in court, incriminating that stupidity, fessing up to it by his stupid answers to logical questions.

 Now we have evidence that we believe shows Caraviello ALLEGEDLY (this time) committing yet another alleged criminal act.
