Does any Medford resident in-the-know think for one second that the vengeful Mark Rumley wishes "good will to all?"

The man detests, loathes and outright hates the editor of this news outlet.
You can't wish "good will to all" and have hatred in your heart.
It doesn't work that way!
You can't hide all the dirt of two administrations under the rug, the hateful, spiteful things that Mayor McGlynn and Mayor Burke did and continue to do to people and wish "good will to all."
